Client advisor, Russ Millard responded within minutes with a welcome email. He followed with a call. Russ' prompt response was important to me because I was at the end of my vehicle search, and planned to decide the next day. I visited the dealership the next day. Russ was completely informative and knowledgeable, and did not pressure me. The test drive went well. I liked the vehicle so much, and Russ' relatable personality that I consider buying the car even though it was thousands more than what I planned to spend. The car was much newer than what I was looking for, but was more than fairly priced. I will definitely consider BJ BMW for possible future purchases, and I would love it if Russ is there when that happens. More
