This is probably the best dealership I've ever gone to. I didn't deal too much with Brent Kurtyak, but I wanted to say that he was very prompt in responding to my request for an internet price quote. He seemed like a welcoming, friendly guy when I met him. Bert Tvrz is a great salesman. He is very helpful. When I was about to depart with my new vehicle, he took the time to explain all the controls, etc. He didn't try to rush me or anything. He's very knowledgeable and friendly. Peter Pishos was very good in handling the financing part of my transaction. Like Bert, he's also very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I don't know what else to say except that you have a great staff. Keep up the good work! More

Bert, followed us through out the whole process. The reason we went with this dealer was because Bert kept following up with us. What he told us came true with pricing and so on. Our CR-V was ordered and he not ony found it but kept us up with information on the status of the vehicle. My wife commented Bill Kay Honda "felt more like a family thing" than a buisness thing. We will try to use the service department in the future becaus we don't think we'll be "pressured" to to something that's not needed. More
We have owned 3 Hondas in the last 20 years, and so we were looking to compare Honda to Toyota for our next purchase. Although we were very interested in a Toyota with 50 plus mpg, we were very turned of were looking to compare Honda to Toyota for our next purchase. Although we were very interested in a Toyota with 50 plus mpg, we were very turned off by sales staff at three dealerships in Joliet, Bourbonnais and Naperville. Very few deals and some even were very pushy and critical about Honda, which is poor business in my eyes. Both brands are fine brands! We love our Honda dealership in Bloomington, but it is no longer close enough to get service done easily, so we decided to look closer. Joliet Honda was a very good choice with nice salesman and service was good as well, but after visiting Bill Kay in Bourbonnais, we were impressed with the bright shiny dealership, staff and especially the respect given to us for our weeks of research and knowledge of what we wanted in a car. Alyssa Harrier, was a young, energetic, open-minded saleswoman who listened intently and gave some interesting suggestion. We decided to buy an Accord rather than our standard Civic since the deals were great right now and they came down even more for a frequent buyer and well-informed client. Give this dealership a try! I know the service department will also meet my expectations since one of the technicians is a former student!!!! Kudos to Bill Kay! More

Thanks to Brent and Colin this has been my best car buying experience ever. Brent gave me all the pricing information over the phone. So, I knew exactly the total price of the vehicle before traveling buying experience ever. Brent gave me all the pricing information over the phone. So, I knew exactly the total price of the vehicle before traveling 60 miles to purchase my new Civic. When arriving at the dealership Colin had majority of paperwork was ready for us to sign and the vehicle was ready within 30 minutes. This was our time first dealing with Bill Kay Honda and we have no complaints at all. Because of the ease and pleasant experience, I would be likely to return to purchase vehicles in the future. More
I focused our auto purchase via the Internet. My first contact was Colin Shepley that responded to an email that I sent him regarding an auto that showed up in their inventory at their web site. Unfortunately the first auto I inquired about had sold the night before. While I narrowed my choice of dealers predicated on the most choices of cars I was interested in I found that Bill Kaye Honda had the largest selection of cars that fit our budget. I also found them to be the most responsive in comparison to other dealers I made contact with. Oak lawn Honda's follow though was good as well. Colin Shepley followed through via email and telephone so well that it motivated me to make the drive 50 miles of where I live to check out their auto selection. I found the people I dealt with there to be responsive to our inquires about various cars. Colin assisted us in test-driving 3-4 different autos and was knowledgeable with answers of questions we asked about the various cars we test-drove. While we initially were shopping for a pre-owned auto we ended up with a new 2012 Accord because of what we considered a price that met our budget criteria and a price lower than other dealers we made contact with. The people we met at Bill Kaye Honda made an excellent effort to satisfy our auto purchase. We are completely satisfied. More

I purchased a new CR-V, and found the experience to be mostly positive (there's one remaining issue that should be resolved by week's end). I had purchased my last (used) vehicle from Bill Kay, and that mostly positive (there's one remaining issue that should be resolved by week's end). I had purchased my last (used) vehicle from Bill Kay, and that was also positive enough to try them again. I asked area dealerships for a quote for the car I wanted, and Brent and Pete and the service manager all contacted me back via email, which impressed me. The other dealerships did not seem as interested. Brent gave me the best internet price, and I was happy to find the exact car that I saw on the internet when I got there a few days later. Max was my sales guy, and in more than 40 years of customer service, I have seldom run across someone so easy to talk to, and yet determined to be sure I am satisfied with all aspects of my purchase. Max has gone over and above to deliver for me, and I am very appreciative. Buying a car is usually a stressful and tedious experience, in my view, and all three of these gentlemen made the process as smooth as can be. I always dread the part with the finance guy, but Pete was friendly, efficient, and also extremely customer-focused - all qualities I look for when dealing with any business. I definitely would not hesitate to recommend this dealership to anyone. More
