I have been buying cars from Taylors for years. And the main reason I continue to return is the customer service. You feel more like family when you walk through the doors. Every salesman I've meet there has a very welcoming attitude. You can stop by and end up chatting with several guys before you leave. The guys back in service and parts are as professional as the guys out front. Taylors has gone above and beyond to make sure the customer is happy with every aspect of the experience at the dealership. I will continue to support and buy from Taylors in the future,. I came in to just browse and see what your dealer was like, meeting Ray and Scott and everyone else I met was a great experience. I have had my share of buying cars in the past, and honest to god, buying a truck from you guys was the best purchase experience I have ever encountered. Dealing with Ray and Scott was like dealing with 2 friends. Iam very satisfied with my purchase and will be recommending future customers as well as my self for all my car purchases.

A recent car crash put us into the position of needed a car without time to shop around. We called Ray and told him our thoughts. Stopped in on Friday night, he had five cars to show us. Ray and Jim gave us their best price on Friday. I spent the weekend doing some research and looking at prices online for similar cars. Taylor had a great price and I knew the history of my new car. We went back Monday morning to close the deal. Very simple process, never once have I had buyers remorse dealing with these guys. This is my third new pre-owned purchase from Ray, since 2004. All very solid cars! I would recommend Ray, Jim and Taylor.

I stopped by Taylor on the way home on a whim as I was in the market for a moderately priced used vehicle. Over a 2-3 month period, I looked at dozens if not hundreds of vehicles online, through private sellers, through Mom & Pop used car lots, and at other dealerships. At Taylor, I was quickly greeted by Mr. Randy Ayers, and he thoroughly listened to my needs for a used vehicle. We walked the lot and discussed options for vehicles as well as the general vehicle market today. With Randy, I never felt pressured to purchase something that I was not comfortable with, and it seemed as though he and the rest of the Taylor staff were interested in finding the right fit for me. While other salesmen through different companies were gruff, condescending, and skirting the line of dishonesty, Randy and the rest at Taylor were incredibly honest, upfront, and fair in negotiating for my vehicle. While I did end up paying more than I had anticipated, I got the vehicle that was the right fit for me at this time, and I couldn't be happier with it so far. Aside from Randy, Mr. Scott Clausing was incredibly helpful with determining financing and extended warranty options. Like with my shopping experience, I never felt pressured to purchase something that wasn't the right fit for me. I was provided with plenty of information to make an informed decision, and I never felt oversold (i.e. there wasn't a "push" toward a particular option). The financial component of purchasing the vehicle was incredibly smooth, and I am incredibly happy with my purchase. Based on my experiences, Taylor is an incredible location to purchase a vehicle - earning 2013 Illinois Dealer of the Year speaks to their excellence. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, honest, and truly strives to ensure the customer is satisfied with their purchase. This was my first vehicle purchase, and assuming I settle in this area in the future, I am certain that I will gladly purchase vehicles from Taylor in the future.

Taylor's was recommended to us when we were in need of a used car quickly. Since I already knew Jake Hendershot that's the salesman that we went to see. Jake listened to what we were looking for and the amount of money we had to spend. He came up with several possibilities that we narrowed down to a PTCruiser and the 2006 Chevy Equinox. After driving both we decided on the Equinox. Unfortunetly things weren't that straight forward. Within the first few days we starting having issues cutting out and dying. Jake was very good when we brought this to his attention. He made sure that we had car to drive and that everything got taken care of on my car. It took some time to diagnose the problem but once they did it has great ever since. Eric and Jake were wonderful about making sure that we were taken care of whatever we needed. I felt like I was their only customer every time I came in the office. Even though we had a couple of issues with the car, I gave Taylor's all 5s because those problems were beyond their control and they went out of their way to correct the problem and make sure that I was happy. I would recommend Taylor's to anyone looking for a new or used car. Thumbs up Jake!

We had a great experience at Taylor! Brian Burghorn, our salesman, is trustworthy and makes you feel like family.He truly cares about the customer and wants you to have a successful, satisfying sale. We recommend Brian to family and friends!

Bryan Davis was also very helpful when figuring out our options for a loan. We liked the way he explained our options and he was happy to answer any questions we had.

Overall, it was a pleasant experience!

First time buying a new vehicle. Bought a brand new dodge ram. I love it. Its my perfect vehicle. And Jake was the best guy for the job. He was nice, listened to what I needed, and we were in and out of there so fast. Didn't have to wait forever. I definitely recommend going to him for anything you need or any questions!
