OIL CHANGE WITH NO OIL BY TECHNICIAN! I took my car in for simple oil change and the technician did all the steps for the oil change but didn't put oil in the car which lock up my motor. T I took my car in for simple oil change and the technician did all the steps for the oil change but didn't put oil in the car which lock up my motor. The dealership said they fix it but put a junk yard motor in my vehicle which had several noises which I had to take back the several times within a 2 to 3 week period. After finally getting my vehicle, and still dissatisfied with a noise in the motor, I found another problem. The problem was then my starter having a continuing spin as it start. I spoke to the service manager Richard which told me that they will not fix anything else on my motor for which they mess up from the beginning. The service manager have me very upset for their lack of quality service on a simple oil change job that they mess up my engine. ONE OF THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER WITH A SERVICE DEALERSHIP. NEVER SERVICE YOUR VEHICLE HERE BECAUSE YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT MAY HAPPEN!!! More
HORROR AFTER THE SALE I PURCHASED A 2008 NISSAN FRONTIER FROM BILL RAY NISSAN. WITHIN A WEEK IT BROKE DOWN AND I HAD TO FIX IT ON MY OWN, IT WAS LIKE, SCREW YOU YOU DIDN'T I PURCHASED A 2008 NISSAN FRONTIER FROM BILL RAY NISSAN. WITHIN A WEEK IT BROKE DOWN AND I HAD TO FIX IT ON MY OWN, IT WAS LIKE, SCREW YOU YOU DIDN'T BUY THE $2000 EXTENDED WARRANTY. THE SALESMAN, DOMINICK, MADE SEVERAL PROMISES WHEN WE BOUGHT THE TRUCK, BUT THAT CHANGED AFTER THE SALE. HE NOW SAYS THAT HE IS NOT A MECHANIC. THE TIRES ON THE TRUCK WHEN I PURCHASED WERE MICHELINS, BUT NOT WHEN I PICKED IT UP. LOOKS LIKE WHAT THEY SAY ABOUT CAR SALEMEN IS TRUE. BE VERY CAREFUL AT THIS DEALERSHIP, THEY TRY TO BE VERY FRIENDLY WITH YOU TO GET YOU OFF GUARD THEN STICK IT TO YOU. THE SALESMAN, DOMINICK SAT THERE FOR AN HOUR TELLING US HOW THE DEALERSHIP WILL TAKE CARE OF YOU AFTER THE SALE, YEAH. More
Repair Shop Rip Off Very dissatisfied with their repair center. After my wife had her 2012 Nissan Rouge (27K mi.)repaired at Bill Ray Nissan the vehicle was returned to u Very dissatisfied with their repair center. After my wife had her 2012 Nissan Rouge (27K mi.)repaired at Bill Ray Nissan the vehicle was returned to us with a rattling noise. So my wife brought it in to have them look at it. They claimed it was now a faulty alternator and gave her an estimate of nearly a thousand bucks to repair. I took the alternator out today and brought it to a reputable parts supplier with an alternator test center. The technician said there was nothing wrong at all with the alternator. After installing the alternator back in the car runs fine. But still has the rattle. I will never bring another vehicle there or ever recommend anyone to go there! More

I have always had high quality service, by very courteous and professional staff. Over the years, I have purchased two new cars there, and had at least four of my inuse-cars fully-serviced by their excellent service department. The Sales & Finance experts I’ve purchased from are Bo Rhodes & Kelly Bailey. They gave me a very fair trade-in valuation and an awesome sales-price of our 2017 Murano-SV. Bo & Kelly were very informative & courteous to my wife & I. The whole transaction was smooth and rewarding. I’ve been a devoted customer (almost 100% ‘exclusively’) of the Bill Ray Nissan Service Department for over 15 years. Service Managers Richard Morris & John Wright have always Always provided the utmost in customer-care. Their whole staff is professional, reliable, thorough and courteous. Their senior lead mechanic (James Frazier) has extensive technical training on all the latest Nissan & Infiniti technologies. They have all the latest tools & equipment, their workshops are clean & organized, and the whole Service Department facility has recently undergone a new sleek-n-modern renovation including a comfortable waiting-room (with WiFi, TV & beverages). My advice: Get to know the Bill Ray Nissan team (even if you don’t necessarily own a Nissan or Infiniti brand, as they can easily handle many different makes & models). The trade value offered after finding a car and getting a good price was 4 thousand less than other dealers in the area. The place also is a construction zone with very little usable space inside at this time. More
