Paul and Westin in their Pre-owned department were great to work with. All of this and able to conduct this transaction remotely, was a huge plus. More

Knowing they had to work me in, I just dropped my vehicle, in less than 3 hours they let me know it was ready. When I picked it up, everything was explained to me and answered my questions with patience and curtiousy. More
They are always ready to help and the wait time for an appointment is very quick. I thought I was going to need a new tire but the mechanic patched the nail hole up. That was good of him, I wouldn’t have appointment is very quick. I thought I was going to need a new tire but the mechanic patched the nail hole up. That was good of him, I wouldn’t have been any the wiser had I paid out for a new tire! So- very honest dealership, appreciate a lot. More
I have had my Ford F150 for 9 years. A few months ago the GPS started acting up and now can’t find itself much of the time. I did some research on the problem and found out that it was not uncommon, and that the fix was to reload the GPS program on the unit. I took pictures. I believe it to be a function of time. When a destination is entered the GPS reacquires its position. As time passes it gets worse and worse tracking. So, I took it into Bill Talley and explained all this to the service writer. The technician took it for a spin around the block, gave it back to me without even attempting to fix it, said he couldńt replicate the problem and that was that. I guess he expects me to drive it from here on out with a messed up GPS, What he should have done is a little research to find out 1. Is this a known problem at Ford? (It is) 2. Do they have a fix for it? (They do) and 3. Looked at my pictures and videos. I complained to lower management who sympathized with me (?) and said he would pass the information to upper management. It has been over a week and I have heard nothing. I bought my last 3 vehicles from these guys and this is the treatment I get. I only listed James Lynch’s name because I didn’t know any of the names I worked with and I consider James a friend. More

I put this review on Google as well: Do NOT bring your receipts here for refunds on service. I paid over $2k for a DEF heater replacement before the recall. When the recall came from Ford, advising me to receipts here for refunds on service. I paid over $2k for a DEF heater replacement before the recall. When the recall came from Ford, advising me to visit the dealership for a refund, I went back here to claim my refund. I had all the receipts. The service manager very rudely told me that I had to schedule the truck to have the service done AGAIN. I left the dealership and emailed the general manager. The Manager and I had a back and forth conversation for a couple of weeks, I even contacted Ford and was told in writing no additional service would be required. For all that I received a voicemail from the same poor service person telling me I had to bring the truck in to have the service done again before they would process my refund. I suspect this dealership of fraud. Fraud that goes all the way to management. I went to another dealership, and they processed my refund in a very short time with NO request to perform the service again. I will make sure everyone in my area who is considering purchasing a vehicle or truck to go to the dealer that processed my refund without question. There are a lot of potential Ford customers here. I even spoke with a local mechanic who told me to avoid Bill Talley Ford at all costs. This is my "thank you" to them. More
