Bill Utter Jr. was 14 when he started working at Bill Utter Ford. With his new driver's license, Bill began delivering parts for the family dealership. Bill and Virginia Utter opened the doors to their new Ford dealership in 1956 in downtown Denton. It was the beginning of a family tradition of offering the best Ford products and services to North Texas families.

Oil change gone wrong Dropped truck off at 8:30am for a routine oil change. Then when I picked vehicle up after finally being ready at 5:00pm, there were 3 rimes that had been damaged. Was promised a loaner vehicle the next week so I could bring truck back in to get rims repaired but have not heard back from anyone. Guess I'll have to initiate the call myself. More

Replace battery I was not happy with the length of time I waited. The service technician signed me up for shuttle home. Concerning the purchase of a used 2013 Expedition Mixed emotions and concerns about several items concerning the purchase of this used automobile at this time. Explorer repair I brought my 2018 Explorer for repair. It had a horrible grinding noise when I steered. They provided me a loaner and I got my car the next day. They found a rock Had lodged itself in the steering mechanism. They removed it and my car drives wonderful. They also found my shocks were leaking fluid and they replaced those and it was all covered by warranty. I trust them with our vehicles and their service department is professional and top-notch. More
