Once I decided on a car I liked, we took it out for a test drive - I was sold. Randy made the whole process extremely simple and stress-free. When the paperwork and financing was done, he took me out to my new car and showed me all of the tricks and toys. I really appreciated him staying to help me, as I had been running late earlier in the day (an hour past my original appointment time), but he never companied/rushed me and always had a smile on his face.
