Blackstone Chevrolet is full of fallse and manipulative advertising. Their sales and finance team thrives on pressure and aggressive techniques to upsale over priced "dealer products". I have taken my vehicle in 8 times for the door locks and it is still not fixed. There is zero thorough review so every time new parts ordered over and over. I have to take it back now for the 9th time next it is still not fixed. There is zero thorough review so every time new parts ordered over and over. I have to take it back now for the 9th time next week. This takes time away from my job, costs money for gas back and forth, loss of a vehicle I’m making payments on. Requires me to leave the doors unlocked because I am disabled and unable to crawl thru the lift gate to unlock the back door to then unlock the front door. I was very clear, every time it rains they stop working, there was water coming thru the drivers door speaker. I was told the remotes were both active, they were not when my husband picked up the car and had to wait again to code them. Then I get asked if I want to spend $500 on some filters, etc. while we wait for parts to come in. Sorry but that is poor service considering my vehicle is already having issues and no one seems to be able to fix the problem. I am a Lead Director at my job and to ask a customer if they want to “pay” for additional services when they have had to bring their vehicle in soon to be 9 times is just mind boggling. I get proactive, however if you have not even fixed the current issue, yet asking a customer to spend more money is beyond me. You also need better training for the individuals who work with your customers. The gentleman I was first dealing with before Luis, I’m sure his name is linked to my service record doesn’t have good people skills. All he did was make excuses that he was out, “he” was following my vehicle which clearly was false since I had to call back myself because the parts were supposedly there but sat for 2 weeks. That is what a backup is for when you are out and he did state to me “I’m just the worker I don’t have control” again poor service and airing business dirty laundry. It’s called accountability which he had none. Luis has done his best to help and I am thank but the lacking overall service experience is not the type of “Brand” I would want my business to have. I honestly will never purchase a vehicle from your location again. I also expect the 9th time I bring it in to be the last. More
