Bought a 2014 Chevy Silverado The dealership is very welcoming and does not make you feel pressured. They feel like a real team and everyone seems to work together well. WORTH THE DRIVE! I live in New Jersey and spent quite a while searching for the exact car I wanted. My search lead me to Blackwell and I couldn't be happier. Right f I live in New Jersey and spent quite a while searching for the exact car I wanted. My search lead me to Blackwell and I couldn't be happier. Right from the beginning, the staff was very kind over the phone and did everything in their power to help me. Living 500 miles away was a challenge but they helped me every step of the way by doing all of the "hard stuff" over the phone so that I knew EXACTLY what I was getting into and how much everything was going to cost me. Everyone was very honest and kind ESPECIALLY Tai (the gentleman I dealt the most with over the phone). I ended up driving the 500 miles to their dealership with my trade in vehicle and heading home with my brand new B5 Blue beauty! I have literally ZERO complaints about this dealership and I recommend them 100% to anyone that wants a no BS and friendly experience! More

Ordered a part for a 2013 Jeep Patriot from Danville VA deal I ordered a part from the dealership for a 2013 Jeep Liberty on May 20, 2016 I was told that my part would be at the local dealership on Monday May 23 I ordered a part from the dealership for a 2013 Jeep Liberty on May 20, 2016 I was told that my part would be at the local dealership on Monday May 23, 2016. Of course the part didn't arrive, so I called the dealership and was told the part was in New York and wouldn't be in until Wednesday May 25th. The part came in but only 1/2 of the assembly came, called the dealership 6 times and no one is available to help me. Paid for a kit and only received 1/2 of the kit. This is definitely not the way to do business. The issue is no one cares about customer service any more of even cares to bother to order the correct items. When you have one car and you depend upon a part to come in and it doesn't then it upsets your entire routine. More

I'm a single mom who trusted them to get me into a reliable vehicle but instead got a vehicle that was too small for us, had issues with it from day one, and was significantly over charged and now have to deal with the negative equity on it!!!! I don't appreciate being taken advantage of and deceived!!!! #SimplyUnhappyWithThem.... I wouldn't send anyone their way!!!! Donnie Jones was an OK salesman but overall my experience was awful!! More

simply BAD ! Hannah in sales,Missy in titles were great,Brent in sales would not return my calls,Odometer was messed up from title upon them taking jeep on trade,H Hannah in sales,Missy in titles were great,Brent in sales would not return my calls,Odometer was messed up from title upon them taking jeep on trade,HORRIFIC !,Torrey returned one of my calls.still not sure if they rolled miles back or not.if you plan to deal with Blackwell make sure miles are not messed with via Car fax,Auto check,etc...odometer fraud is possible with this dealer(for the people LOLOLOL) VERY poor customer service, sales mgr Brent needs to learn how to use a telephone.BEWARE,DO YOUR RESEARCH. More
