This was possible the best car buyers experience I have ever had.
From Ben Glass the internet sales manager who I initially contacted. I contacted Ben about a used 2011 Cadillac Escalade Hybrid and then decided to purchase a new 2012 GMC YUKON DENALI HYBRID . Ben was constantly professional and gathered all my information. Setup and appointment and had the truck that I was there to look at waiting in the lot for me to see and test drive. This was key as I drove 1 hour and 1/2 to get to the dealership. When I arrived Ben introduced me to Glenn Williams my sales person. Glenn is a professional , he isn't pushy and was very knowledgeable about the truck I was purchasing. Glenn is not your typical sales person who just likes to waste your time, he takes pride in his work, he is very friendly. He answered all my questions and kept the flow of the purchase moving. Mike Reed the sales manager was honest and upfront. I was going to lease my new truck and he had the opportunity to pocket a lot of money out of my trade and explained that buying was the best option for me as I wasn't going to really save any money on leasing. He gave my top dollar on my trade , $6000 more that the dealer that is 2 miles from my house. Final price on the truck was also $5000 lower than the sticker price. This was a no BS deal. Because I do not live close to the dealer they also gave me the option on a future purchase that if I found a truck I was interested in in my local dealer they would beat the price and have the truck delivered to me. So that is exactly what I did. I contacted Glenn told him I was looking to trade in my 2010 GMC SIERRA, he setup up everything over the phone for me. Got me exactly what I was looking for and the price I was looking to pay. I am happy to say that today they will be delivering my 2012 GMC SIERRA. I will never buy from another dealer again.
