Less than a month ago I bought a used car cash outright. Saw the car fax report which included their recent repair to the water pump. The car started leaking anti-freeze a week later. The timing cover gasket was leaking. There was wax over it to stop the leak. The gasket was supposed to have been changed when the water pump was. Went to Ford since the issue was created when they "fixed" the car. They denied using wax to seal it and wanted to charge over $700 to repair their mistake. Took it to another mechanic, ASE certified who fixed my car for less than $200. He discovered many bolts had not been tightened when Ford repaired the car. I almost lost the idler pulley, because it wasn't bolted and bearings stripped. Less than 500 miles driven and the driver has a broken back and the negligence shown by Ford could have cost someone their life. Over an $11 part and 10 minutes to tighten what they loosened. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THEM or LET THEM REPAIR YOUR VEHICLE. More

DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! You WILL be screwed! My husband found a Ford F350 Diesel online. He drove from Virginia to get it. When he got there it ended up THIS DEALERSHIP! You WILL be screwed! My husband found a Ford F350 Diesel online. He drove from Virginia to get it. When he got there it ended up being slightly different than we had been told (We would not have purchased it if we had known that it was a different rear in it) but my husband still thought it was nice inside and looked good on the outside too plus he had driven so far to get it...he wasn't coming home without it. So he buys it and he gets about 200 miles from the dealership and the truck starts messing up. He thought that it wouldn't make the rest of the trip so he pulled over, parked it, unhooked our car which he was towing home and came home. He called the dealership and they were SO very UNhelpful now that he had already signed the contract...beforehand they were falling all over themselves trying to help us out. They would NOT take the truck back nor would they do ANYTHING. After my husband got home they said HE would have to pay to have it towed to a nearby garage...so we did...to a special diesel mechanic in Ashville NC. We were told that the EGR had been fixed in the truck by the dealership...the mechanic said it had never been touched. Plus an injector died which is what messed it up on the way home. On top of that all of the injectors would need to be replaced ($3000 just for those) for it to run properly. On top of THAT he said it looked to him like someone that had no idea what they were doing had gone through the engine and left out bolts and possibly cracked the reservoir. Add to that the fact that once he got the truck running it through about 15 codes and the turbo wouldn't turn on all the time. He unhooked the EGR valve and the turbo started working better again but the EGR would need deleting. He also commented that in his professional opinion, someone had stopped the codes from coming up just long enough to get the truck sold. We got the mechanic to write everything up and fax it to the dealership...to which they responded, we will give you $650. The total for just the first things that needed to be replaced just to get it running was $4400! They are a bunch of liars and thieves. Do NOT buy from them!!! PLEASE!!! More

I recently purchased a pre-owned, non-Ford vehicle from this dealership and I am very happy with the transaction. Jim Bowen and his team were very friendly, communicative, and professional. After noticing this particular vehicle in Autotrader, I contacted the store to verify that the car was still in stock. Since I am in Atlanta, I spent several days emailing back and forth with Jim about the various questions that I had. Jim accurately portrayed the good and bad points so when I arrived in person to inspect and buy the vehicle everything was in order. The facility is very clean and well organized. I received a quick thank you from Jim and the store owner shortly after taking delivery and all the tag and title paperwork was handled efficiently. I took a day off to go to Blue Ridge to purchase this vehicle sight unseen. The drive from Atlanta was very nice and the local barbecue is very good! More
I would recommend this dealership to anyone who wants the best car buying experience. Every time we are in need of a car, this is the only dealership we go too. I have never had someone go so far above and beyond their job to make sure that we are happy, informed, and totally satisfied before we walk out the door. It is also family friendly which is a major plus since we have 4 kids. We have purchased five vehicles from them and if we are not happy or something goes wrong we am taken care of quickly and with respect and courtesy, which is something you don't see enough of these days. There need to be more dealerships like this one....better yet just go visit and you will see what I mean. More
