My Review of Bob Dennison Toyota:
Only Toyota dealer around so really your stuck in B/N area.
Why: They do not care about service because they do not have too. With no other Toyota service within many miles they own the show. We really disliked their attitude. We were disappointed at their ineptness in returning calls, and treatment their service department provided.
Our minivan's AC went dead on a trip. Another dealer told us the part would be available in 2 days. When we made it home and took it to Dennison, they promptly got it in 5 weeks! Never returned their initial status of parts call that they said they would. We continually had to contact them. Then when part finally did arrive we had to wait until they could work our vehicle in their schedule.
This was not the first incident with Dennison, rather the one that made us write a review of Dennison and their service. The icing on the cake as it were was when we contacted Toyota Regional Customer Service on this matter. We were informed by the regional office they would get resolution on the situation and call us back. Nope! Instead we get a call from Rocky at Dennison. He informed us that the matter was closed and in that friendly yet uncaring manor to have a nice day. We never authorized nor wanted anyone Dennison to contact us. Aghhh. Do not ever say you were not warned when it comes to their service. I hope you get treated better than we have.
