The service advisor was rude and called me by last name without addressing Ms. He did not say thank you to me at all. He just walked away after getting all of the information he needs. Overall, I was impressed from the time that I got to the dealership to the time that I left. I did however, get a tire rotation and a wheel alignment while I was there. Unfortunately, I didn’t think to chec dealership to the time that I left. I did however, get a tire rotation and a wheel alignment while I was there. Unfortunately, I didn’t think to check the tire pressure until after I was gone from the dealership. All four tires have different PSI’s. I would have thought having this work done would have made sure that the PSI‘s were all the same. More
