Charged 30% over estimate I was quoted a price of $705 for tire replacement and alignment, replacement of the splash guard, and changing the air filter,which I approved. On 3/7 I was quoted a price of $705 for tire replacement and alignment, replacement of the splash guard, and changing the air filter,which I approved. On 3/7, all work except for the splash guard was completed and I paid $626, which included the price of the splash guard which had to be ordered. The only thing left to pay was the labor for installing the part, estimated at $80. On 3/13 my husband returned to have the part installed. He was charged $284, bringing the total amount to $910. A 30% increase between the quoted and approved estimate, of which I was never informed or given the opportunity to consent or refuse. More

Extended warranty questionable The service department is top notch, but the extended warranty goes out of the way to deny claims . My daughter purchased the extended warranty for 1800 dollars plus. The car was put into the shop for a leaking oil pan, which the warranty stated as being covered by the warranty. The warranty company denied the claim stating that it does not cover the oil drain hole of the oil pan? This drain hole was obviously defective prior to the purchase of the vehicle. This was the first car purchase for my daughter it’s a shame a warranty goes out of its way to deny claims it should pay. It also would not cover a clogged heater core and is charging over $ 300 dollars for it to be flushed. More
