Two weeks ago I purchased a used 2025 Honda from Bob Johnson CDJR in Watertown. Our experience was without event until we got home and realized that one of the two key fobs was missing the "hard key" (t Johnson CDJR in Watertown. Our salesman (Sean K) assured me it wouldn't be a problem. The finance manager (Brian P) told me he'd gotten approval for a replacement. And then both stopped answering my inquiries. Seriously guys...if you can't fix a key, what will I be able to count on you for? More

Had a problem with the bed liner pealing they installed TWICE!! Told them there wouldn’t be a third. They sent it to detail this in Adams. Nate is awesome and his crew knocked it out of the park!
