They also accommodated me when I requested that my husband be able to take part in the negotiation process via Google Voice since he was out-of-town. I appreciated that so much. The next day when I realized one of my remotes wasn't programmed for the car, I called & I was assured it was no problem just to bring the remotes back. We didn't have to wait long for the service dept. The replaced the batteries in both & programmed one and pulled the car right to the door when it was finished. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to be treated like a customer should when buying a car! More
