About Bob Moore Kia of Edmond

The Bob Moore Auto Group began as a single point used car dealership opened by Mr. Bob Moore in Wichita, Kansas in 1951. After building a name for himself as a successful automobile dealer in Wichita, Bob Moore purchased his first Oklahoma City dealership in 1970. When Bob Moore planted that first "seed" in 1970, he had no idea the legacy he would create. But legacies don't rest on their laurels. Change is inevitable and the Bob Moore Auto Group has changed with the times, growing exponentially. Even after 56 years in the automobile business, there are some things that haven't changed, though. Bob Moore's guiding principles of Customer Service are embodied in our motto "Respectfully, Bob Moore." Bob Moore often stated, "You can't buy a good name, you have to invest a lifetime of doing the right thing."

Bob Moore's legacy continues today with his son, Mark Moore, who runs the day to day operations of the Auto Group for the Moore family. Based in Oklahoma City, the Bob Moore Auto Group has continued to expand as it now serves all of Central Oklahoma, Tulsa, and Dallas-Fort Worth areas.

The organization has grown to include 14 new car dealerships carrying 16 franchises with state-of-the-art showrooms, parts, service and finance departments, as well as 4 collision centers, 6 Buy Here/Pay Here locations and over 800+ employees and continually growing.

My Review Of Bob Moore Kia of Edmond:

All employees I interacted with at Bob Moore Kia in Edmond were fun and pleasant. Buying a vehicle can be an exhausting process but they made it tolerable. Justin was very nice and got all the final paperwork done quickly the day I picked up my car. Craig even went the extra mile during my financing process to remove a charge I wasn't aware was going to be there! Ben found me the EXACT car I wanted--and let me tell you, I'm picky! Mike was very pleasant and has already called to make sure all is well with the new vehicle. I appreciate everything these guys have done and I would definitely take my business there again and recommend them to others!!!

My Review Of Bob Moore Kia of Edmond:

Leonard our salesmen was Awsome. Ben sales manager was good. Finance guy was terrible. Price had been negotiated. He offered me 1.9 for 60 or 1.5 for 66 months. Duh... I took 1.5 for 66 months. Well he brought paper work back and I noticed price had jumped up $1500. I pointed it out and he said in order to give me the 1.5 interest rate he had to add $1500 in extended warranty??? Without telling me! I had already told him I did not want any additional warranty's, windshield coverage, etc. prior to discussing interest rates and he knew that. After calling him out on trying to screw me and my wife he did a complete 180 and was a total @$$hole. After walking out of his office my wife stated WOW! You caught him trying to screw us and he is the one being all pissed off?!?! If you buy from them watch out once you get in finance office, you may be signing for more than you agreed to! Everything was good with process up till financing part and that was the part of this sale that I was totally dissatisfied with. I always expect them to do the number swapping with trade amount and sale price and usually the total out of pocket is the same, the dealers just change what they giving you for trade and what you are paying. This time $$$ were just added!

My Review Of Bob Moore Kia of Edmond:

My salesman, Michael was friendly, but knew very little about the product he was selling. Hd didn't know if it had a four or six cylinder engine, He misinformed me as to which radio came with the package I wanted, and they never told me that the car did not come with a spare tire.
Finance initially went smooth, but two weeks after the sale, I got a call telling me that there was an error made on my sales contract and I needed to come in and sign a new one. I live 60 miles away, so they sent me one UPS. I got it on a thursday afternoon. There was no indication from them that I needed to return it within a day. I work out of town 50-60 hours a week. I got it back in the mail by Tuesday the next week. I had not yet received a payment book and I knew there was a grace period for my first payment, but the dealership calls me and demands a payment before they will release my title. OMVC representative told me that was illegal. So in essence, they screwed up on my contract, which created a crisis on their end and they tried to make it an emergency on my part by badgering and bullying me for a first payment that I had no idea where to send.
I can't say that the entire experience was bad, but the final experience was downright enraging, so that was the last taste I had.

My Review Of Bob Moore Kia of Edmond:

From beginning to end the experience of purchasing a New car was Super. Our salesman Charlie is Awesome. Everything was explained to us as the sale went along. I let them know exactly what I wanted on the car and what I didn't need to have. They listened and we both came out winners. WE LOVE OUR NEW KIA OPTIMA !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had a great experience at Bob Moore Kia. I called them first to ask some questions about a new vehical due to my horrible experience at Big Red of Norman. I spoke with John who was so helpful in making sure i was taken care of. I arrived and was greeted by my salesman Michael ,who was so informative and answered all my questions and concerns. They were very patient with me as this was my first purchase with a brand new vehicle. Then I met with financing once I made my choice and Anson was like no other. He made sure I was not going to leave not knowing everything about my vehicle and warranty. Until now I dont think I have understood just how the warranty works in full. But he sure made sure I wasnt leaving until I did. I also had the privilege to also meet the general manager Rick who was very helpful as well.I absolutly love my car and will be a Bob Moore customer for life.

My Review Of Bob Moore Kia of Edmond:

Went in this place and asked for the best price they could give me on a 2012 Kia Soul. They gave me a GREAT price and a hand shake. I thought I could beat there price so I then went to the Norman dealer and wasted a couple of hours as they started $3000 higher. I worked like xxxx to get the price below what I was quoted at Bob Moore. After hours of haggling and playing the silly game of back and forth to the "MANAGER" on a Saturday night I was worn down and VERY mad! I left and returned to Bob Moore on Monday. The 2012 Soul had sold. They searched and found me a 2013 for the same price as the 2012. I saved over one thousand dollars at Bob Moore. Bottom line, a hand shake and a great price at Bob Moore VS hours of haggling and lies at Big Red. You choose. I have owned my Soul for 6 months now. The service department is great! I love the free oil changes.

My Review Of Bob Moore Kia of Edmond:

I went in to test drive a new Kia Sorento and they all were just so friendly. I went back a few days later and the salesman, Kenneth, that I had talked to had already left, but another salesman, Michael, let me go for another test drive and answered all my questions. With other dealerships in the past if I went back and my salesperson wasn't there they would just tell me when they would be there and not want to help. I told them what I wanted and they found it for me and got it here within a couple of days. I never felt like they were pushy or rushing me to make a decision.

Took a couple of tries to get it right, but get it right they did. Even let me use a loaner vehicle. Asome service, awsome people, I will do business here again because I really like the honesty and awsome service after the sale.
