I took my VW Passat Wagon and Mazda 6 in for service. Each time i had amazing customer service. I even got a free Mazda 5 minivan for a whole month while my Mazda 6 was being repaired. I test drove the new CX-7 and loved it, but the price was a little more than I wanted to spend. So I let my salesman know the price range that I wanted to stay in and he accomadated me with all respect and helped me find exactly what I wanted. This made the car deal easy and effortless and I was in and out of the dealership within a reasonable amount of time. I don't have one bad thing to say about this dealership and my car deal. We had a car picked out that we were going to buy at Bob Penkhus. The salesman didn't call back when he said he would. Wanted us to take a dirty car with no gas and low tire pressure out for a drive after he finally got the battery charged up. We said "no thanks," and drove to Ft. Collins to visit Spradley Barr. We drove our new car home that evening and have been thrilled with it. Definitely don't think Bob Penkhus cared about our business. More

I did a LOT of research online before purchasing, and the sales person actually knew more than I did at Bob Penkhus. I couldn't say that for the other 3 stores I shopped at. They were extremely competitive and upfront with the pricing, and I got quotes in Denver too, and I feel very comfortable sending my friends to see Bob Edwards there. I don't really agree with some of the reviews on this site about the Penkhus organization, and hopefully others have the same experience I did. A+ job. More

You should always read your paperwork and pay attention when buying a vehicle. Jumping on a website and writing a negative review in all caps because you failed to read, listen, and make an intelligent decision makes me ill. My family has purchased several cars from the Penkhus organization and they are A++ when it comes to professionalism and service. More
