Waiting for us when we arrived, as we had talked with him several days prior, very knowledgeable about both models we were considering, worked with us to get what we felt was g good price, gave us very reasonable trade in amount. Overall, very good experience.

Before pulling into the lot - I told myself I wanted a "quick, no hassle" experience. I didnt have a lot of time that day so I wanted to find someone that would help me get in, and get out...hassle free. Chuck Harmon came highly recommended by a few others that I knew and to say the least it was the best car buying experience Ive ever personally experienced. Chuck was quick to find what I wanted and needed. I never felt pressured to leave my price range and the rest of the staff was just as awesome. If ever I need to trade my Optima in, I know where Ill go for fast friendly and fun car buying.

This dealership is absolutely the best. Cass is truly a welcoming sales associate and made the entire purchasing experience so comfortable. He covered every area of the vehicle I purchased. I have already recommended Cass and Bob Site to several friends and relatives.
I wish I had known how comfortable the buying experience is, I wouldn't have waited so long to visit the dealership.

I came to Bob Sight Independence Kia to see Mike Cowley because I was referred by a friend that asured me that Mike would take great care of me. I was very skeptical about going to a car dealership because of a couple past experiences, that left me with anxiety about even taking a drive down Noland Rd. But I had to find a car because mine had been stolen. I told Mike what I was looking for and he took the time to show me what he had in stock and also called me on a couple of occasions when something new came in. Mike suggested that I look on the Bob Sight Kia website and when I saw something that I liked invited me to come back for a test drive. He sent me home with the car that night giving me a chance to see that this really was the car that I wanted.

Because of my past experiences I had made the decision to be a smarter shopper this time. In doing this I used Kelly Blue Book to do price comparisons to make sure that I would at least have an idea of what the price range should be for the vehicle that I wanted to purchase. When I checked on the car that I was interested in at Bob Sight I saw that the car was very reasonably priced. Mike made sure that I was comfortable that I had gotten a good deal and closed the sale. Still I was skeptical because I thought the hard part would come when it was time for the financing. I was wrong again. Even though I didn't have a very good credit rating and had a past repo on my credit report they were able to work with me and get me a fair interest rate.

Before I knew it I was leaving Bob Sight with the keys to my new car feeling confident that I had a reliable vehicle, feeling good about the deal that I had made and feeling so thankful to Mike for all of his help. I would definately refer him and Bob Sight to any of my friends or family that are looking to buy a car. And in the future when the time arises for me to purchase another car I would feel good about coming back to see Mike again. He made what I thought would be a very painful experience a pleasant experience! Thanks again for all of your help. Your Awesome!

Good experience overall. Have to go back when somebody there can help with Bluetooth phonebook. Car came from Olathe. Got home - battery cables very loose.

We bought this 2013 Kia Soul Plus on 3-28-2013. We were so pleased with the service from our salesman, David May, and the manager there. Very fair price, trade in value and just extremely nice people. We were in and out of there with a new car in 1.5 hours, and that included a 30 minute test drive! We are now customers for life.
