The technicians aren’t good listeners. I brought my truck in for service and a check of speaker distortion. Bringing a car for service can be a very disruptive experience for working people. For that reason I asked that they check all speaker to assess potential problems with other speakers. As soon as I drove off of the lot it was clear that the speaker on the drivers side was also dysfunctional. Now I must bring the truck back for a third visit for the same problem. Plus switching cars is uncomfortable since Bolles does not try to provide a comparable loaner/rented automobile to replace the customers car or truck. This is very inconvenient and short sighted by the business. More
