I want to commend Thomas Martin for going above and beyond with his communication skills to ensure my vehicle was serviced efficiently and thoroughly. He took the time to explain the repairs clearly and answered all my questions with patience and care. My previous experience of purchase through recall repairs has been done via a different Ram dealership and I cannot say it was a pleasant experience, especially in the service department. The entire process at Bolles Motors—from scheduling the appointment to picking up my car—was smooth and stress-free. It’s reassuring to know that my vehicle is in such capable hands. We have purchased three or four jeeps from them and never had a problem with Service.
