I went to Bommarito when I moved here for graduate school. As I continue to travel back and forth from Virginia, I have had two different dealerships working on my car. I had my car serviced at the Virginia dealership when my check engine light came on while driving from MO to VA. On my return trip, my check engine light came on again. When I took it in to Bommarito, they found something wrong with the fuel pump, which was (I thought) the same problem I had replaced a week prior. Michelle in service took the time to talk with me about what was going on. I know nothing about cars and she was able to explain everything to me without all of the car talk. Turns out the first repair was a sensor and the second repair was the actual pump. Working with Bommarito is a pleasure; I'm always in and out in a short time and they really work with my schedule. Cannot say enough wonderful things about the people in the service department! More

After having major communication issue with the dealership during my purchase I finally picked up my Audi S5. It is an outstanding vehicle and I expected that when it was hit by hail the collision dealership during my purchase I finally picked up my Audi S5. It is an outstanding vehicle and I expected that when it was hit by hail the collision center located in the same lot would be able to fix my vehicle since they deal with Audi's all day long. After taking several extra weeks from the original completion time, the vehicle was ready to pick up. When I arrived to pick the vehicle up it was full of swirl marks and scratches in the paint, the body shop manager agreed that the vehicle wasn't ready and kept it for another week to fix it. When I went to pick it up again it looked better, but still no where near how it should have looked. I attempted multiple times to get into contact with someone higher than the body shop manager and was refused that opportunity. My vehicle still looks terrible compared to how it did when I purchased it and Bommarito refuses to go any further with the issue. The body shop manager even told me not to speak to him again because "we just don't click" Audi of America is now dealing with the case and has been much more supportive than Bommarito. To anyone wanting to purchase a vehicle here, I highly recommend choosing another dealership who is willing to stand behind the services they offer. More

I inquired about a vehicle online to see if it was still available. When I was told it was, I spoke to Don about coming up to see it because I live 2 hours away. He insisted I come up late on a Friday and we could work terms out over the phone (contingent I come drive and like the car). So my father and I drove up at 7pm on a Friday, show up to buy, and another buyer had got there 10min before us. Don felt that it was owed to them for him to run their credit and work a deal with them first, and then come to us if it didn't work out. He insisted we stick around and wait to see what happens. I thought about leaving at that point, but decided there was a chance I would leave eventually with that car. 2 hours went by and he said they were approved. Offered to fill my gas tank up and let us get back on the road. Needless to say I was dumb for waiting around until 10:30 on a Friday night, but I am not satisfied with the way this dealership treated a Ready, Willing, And Able buyer who showed up to deliver on my end of the deal that was made over the phone. I could not recommend bommaritos to anyone. I'm sure there are other dealerships that would have better customer service and respect for their customers. More
