Josh Berry did an outstanding job giving us all the information we needed to make the decision to buy our new Honda Accord. He was very knowledgeable about every aspect of the car, and was extremely patient in answering all our questions. He understood exactly what we wanted in a car, and didn't try to push anything more than that. We feel we got the best deal possible by working with Josh. He is both personable and professional. All in all, it was a wonderful experience. We would recommend Bommarito Honda and Josh Berry to anyone thinking of buying a car.

Jeff called me to see if I would be interested in getting out my current leases and into new leases. I said I would as long, but I needed to keep my monthly payments where they were. We set up an appointment to meet. Jeff was very friendly, very honest, and a pleasure to deal with. He respected my time and he and Craig quickly presented an opportunity that matched what I told I was looking for on the phone. I appreciate both of their hard work and dedication to making this deal. I will be back to meet with Jeff and Craig tomorrow to see if we can make a similar deal on my other lease.

I let Josh know I had done my research and pricing for a new CRV. I got the price I wanted without any haggling from Josh or the head Sales manager. Because I was righting a check for the full amount might have had something to do with it, but if you arm yourself with the facts the group here will work with you.

Mike Knollhoff – not your typical car salesman!

If we have a choice, we will never ever get near a car salesman especially when he is in his comfort zone --- the car lot. That is why we opted to focus our search via Internet, printed materials, and peeking at parked cars from a distance.

However, our experience with Mike Knollhoff of Bommarito Honda somehow changed how we view a car salesman: he was helpful in answering our questions on 1) selecting a car that fits our needs; 2) negotiating a trade-in; and 3) getting the best financing arrangement. He never pushed us to make decisions right away and he was respectful of the process. That is not to say that he was not quick in getting the car that we needed (and wanted!) once we signified our interest to buy…

Mike is really an ideal car salesman, he followed up on us if we liked the car that we took home; he devoted some time to discuss the features and functionalities of the new car; he made sure the paperwork is properly handled and delivered to us so we can register with DMV… and he even sent a box of cookie to bribe my kids! Not only that, he promised to help me with some of my questions re: my other (old) Honda car.

Of course, I still cannot say that all car salesmen are equally awesome… because there is only one salesman that we liked so far. However, if you really want to have that unique positive experience in getting that next car, choose the right brand of (not so typical) car salesman: Mike Knollhoff!

Began looking for a car 2 to 3 months ago. Josh Berry spent approx. 1/2 hour explaining the features of the Accord, taking a test drive, etc. I told him I was looking at competitors and to reach back out to me in June. He respected my request and didn't "hound" me. He was courteous and well informed. He was personable and polite. He ushered me through the process and seemed to have my best interest in mind. Same for Josh Sedivy in Finance. He explained things well and provided a good explanation of Honda Care which I eventually purchased. Just a terrific experience. Thanks.

Josh Berry did an outstanding job of guiding us through the process of selecting a Honda Odyssey today. He is extremely knowledgable, personable, and friendly. He made us comfortable right away and clearly explained all the features of the van. Our test drive was comfortable and informative. Josh was professional at all times and very courteous and helpful. Kevin Hall is one of the best salespeople that in my entire 49 years on the planet I have ever worked with. He is kind, considerate, and really takes interest in what the customer wants and needs. He went above and beyond and made buying a vehicle actually a pleasant experience. He was also very courteous, and showed a real interest in our family. Gabe in the finance department was awesome also. He too was patient and kind and worked very hard at getting us the financing that worked well with our budget. The vehicle we purchased was for our son, and you can put money on it that I will be returning to Kevin in the future when my husband and I are ready to purchase a vehicle. Kevin in one word is just AWESOME!!! My thanks and gratitude go out to him, he is the best and anyone that goes and visits him I can guarantee they will be just as awe struck at his professionalism as I was! Thank you Kevin Hall!!!!

Aaron Harrington and the whole team at Bommarito Honda are great! I have what could be considered "terrible" credit, but that didn't stop Aaron and the finance team from finding me a car that fit my needs and my budget. Never once did I feel pressured or uncomfortable. They worked hard to find me the right vehicle, at the right price, and I would highly recommend Aaron (and Bommarito Honda) to anyone in the market for a new/used vehicle! Thanks again guys!

Anthony and Milan were excellent to work with. We agreed on a price for the Odessy we were purchasing before even making a trip to the dealership. My wife commented how it had been the best experience she had ever had purchasing a car. We came into the dealership to have our trade evaluated and things turned. While Milan was still very helpful, the sales manager Guy Taylor was rude and arrogant. While discussing trade value he pulled out all the car dealer lines about worthless trades, etc. At one point he said that Anthony had mispriced the Odessy we were buying and that he would not sell the car at that price. He said "Anthony needs to stick to his thing and quit trying to price cars" When I said if he would not honor the price that was previously agreed upon I would go to another dealership he said go ahead good luck over there. After finally coming closer to the amount I wanted for my trade he became belligerent and said if walked out of his office he would not make the deal again. Had it not been for the excellent treatment we received from Milan I would have walked out. Bottom line, I would only recommend using this dealership if you can avoid dealing with Guy Taylor.

This is my second Honda from this dealership, Excellent after sale service. Staff is very cordial and friendly. I even bring my third Honda here for service. Will be buying another vehicle in near future from them. Sales staff is not pushy at all and want you to be comfortable with your purchase. Financing guys get you the best rates. Though I have to drive over twenty five miles to get to this dealership and skip the dealership 5 miles from me, it has been well worth it. Thanks Bommarito Honda, pleasure doing business with you and looking forward to staying in the family for a long time.
