I’ve had nothing but issues with Bomnin Chevrolet and the vehicle I purchased from them. I started experiencing issues with the vehicle I purchased within 24 hours. A good dealership would’ve made every effo vehicle I purchased from them. I started experiencing issues with the vehicle I purchased within 24 hours. A good dealership would’ve made every effort to make things right and Bomnin did not. Their staff is also horrible at responding to emails unless of course they need something from you in return. I would not recommend this dealership. More

Service center had my vehicle for a month. Poor communication/updates on timing of service. Had to initiate center to get updates (at least 3 times). Representative provided update regarding initial work but stated another problem that did not exist when vehicle was dropped off. No acceptance of responsibility at all; not even partial. No contact from center when work was completed. Rep stated that call was made and also left a message. Absolutely no evidence of call or message (phone call or text). Notification of convenience fee if paying by credit card need to be made at service check-in; not at the cashier desk. Customers can come prepared to pay via other means if this is known upfront. Grossly inconvenient and inconsiderate. More

Worst experience ever, the sales manager for used car shouldn’t even be manager. If you’re going to have an aggressive negative attitude just don’t be there. What kind of manager tells the buyer to not b shouldn’t even be manager. If you’re going to have an aggressive negative attitude just don’t be there. What kind of manager tells the buyer to not buy anything when they advising you something it’s wrong with the car. The other thing is that if your going to buy used car or even brand new make sure everything it’s correct and works properly. based on my sale they just tend to just check off the basics and not do the work that the car actually needs. Luckily there’s a few service sales in the place that do care about the service and the “SAFETY” when customer drive of with the car. Our sale rep, Josh was amazing. Addressed our concerns, and assured us on everything as well as our finance rep; Jonathan. Both of them were fantastic. More
