My wife and I would like to recognize Sales Associate Frank Whiteley for the outstanding service he provided while helping us purchase two Kias—one brand new and the other a Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) veh Frank Whiteley for the outstanding service he provided while helping us purchase two Kias—one brand new and the other a Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) vehicle. Although Frank initially encouraged us to consider a few other options, he quickly recognized that we had our hearts set on the Kias we wanted. Rather than trying to pressure us into a different purchase, he respected our decision and immediately contacted the dealership's sister location that same day to arrange for us to see the vehicles. Frank personally spoke with the Sales Manager, presented our terms, and ensured they were acceptable before we made the trip from out of town. What impressed us most was that he didn't simply hand us off to another salesperson and disappear. Instead, he stayed involved throughout the entire process, making sure the vehicles remained available for us to inspect and keeping us informed every step of the way. Frank answered all of our questions, communicated clearly, and made us feel like family from start to finish. His professionalism, honesty, and integrity made the entire buying experience smooth and enjoyable. Frank is a tremendous asset to his dealership, and because of the exceptional service he provided, we'll gladly seek him out for our next vehicle purchase.
