I have always had a great experience with Borcherding with their service and with purchasing vehicles. Steve Camp is a great salesman and takes time to do things right. Matt Swartz also is always very helpful and trustworthy. Vic Hanes was also very nice and friendly with the financials. Kim even stopped to say hello. Borcherding dealership is like no other dealership I have worked with before. Way to go !

I just had the pleasure of working with Keith Childers on the purchase of a Buick Enclave. This was by far the greatest dealership and sales person I have dealt with in my many years of buying cars and trucks. At no time did Keith pressure call me but he provided me time and space in arriving at my purchase decision. I have actually felt comfortable after this purchase which is a rare feeling for me. He was quite informative during the transaction period. Keith's follow thru regarding the actual sale and following questions/requests were outstanding. I would highly recommend Keith Childers to my family, friends (or even strangers!) as a great salesman who would meet their new car buying needs to the best degree.

This is my first new car in 12 years. I knew what I wanted and when I wanted it. Keith worked hard to satisfy my needs. He know the vehicle inside and out. He answered all of my questions and where there were questions, he got answers. He maintained contact with me during the off times but so much that he was a nuisance. When it came time to complete the sale, Derek was thorough in his explanation of the associated paperwork.

Purchased a used Tahoe from Fred Huidt in January 2013 and the experience was great. The only part of the process that was frustrating was the price negotiations. We all want to win the negotiations.Sixth car purchased form Borcherding. Still like the place!!

Everyone there was nice only thing is I WOULD NOT recommend buying a used car from them. There is an as is no warranty for a reason because they know it's not a reliable vehicle and they arnt gonna be responsible for it so they still sell it anyways. I bought a jeep from them and as soon as I got it it had broken universal joints and then a couple months later the transmission goes out. So I have not even got to enjoy my jeep due to the problems it had and I'm stuck paying for somethan that I can't even drive due to it being a bad vehicle. NO I wouldn't recommend shopping here.
