I had a free brake inspection on Saturday, 04/27/2024. I’ve had oil changes(the works)since I bought my 2018 Ford Edge and I always asked specifically how my brake pads were, since it was about due! After the brake inspection Saturday, a lady behind service desk sat down beside me and told me my brakes, especially my rear brakes were really bad, disintegrating was the term they used and that I needed new rotors, too! She asked if I wanted to get the brakes done that day!! I told her no, I do my own brakes! I went home, replaced the pads and put the new one on!! My front brake pads still had 1/4” of pad left and my rear pads had 1/8” pad left!! They were not disintegrating at all and my rotors were In great shape!! You shouldn’t lie to your customers to make a sale! Trust and being honest is very important!! More

Due to Fords swollen lug nuts problems that apparently is the buyers problem , I had to buy 20 new lug nuts on Amazon to replace the original crap lug nuts that came with the car! My vehicle is a 2018 ford the buyers problem , I had to buy 20 new lug nuts on Amazon to replace the original crap lug nuts that came with the car! My vehicle is a 2018 ford edge! I had a “free brake inspection”coupon, so I asked if they could take off the crap lug nuts, and put on my new lug nuts I just bought since they had to take off my tires anyways to inspect my brakes! They said they would!! After inspecting my brakes, a lady from behind the register sat down beside me and told me my brakes were really bad and disintegrating! She then asked me if I wanted all 4 brakes and rotors done that day! I told her no because I was going to do it myself! I had already purchased the brake pads, and rotors but I couldn’t take my tires off due to the crap lug nuts! I went home and did my own brakes! There was still 1/4” pad left on the front brakes and 1/8” on the back brakes!! They lied and the pads were not disintegrating and my old rotors were still great shape! I don’t like being lied to! Beware!! More

Best car buying experience we've ever had! Moved our daughter 5 hrs away and within a week her car broke down! Luckily, she was able to get her car to this dealership. Not only did he get the problem figured out within a few hours, but he was great to communicate with both me and my husband as well as a transmission shop in our area. Above and beyond! We can't thank him enough for his quick response which allowed up to decide it's time to get her a new car. He put us touch with Curt who helped me identify a car in our budget on their lot that would be perfect for her. I had the online listing and nothing else. I hit the road the following morning to drive 5hrs and not really sure what I would find when I got there. Curt and I went back and forth, sharing info throughout the day to get as much handled virtually as we could. From the moment I walked into the dealership I felt this would be a different car buying experience. Curtis is the ultimate professional and the kind of guy that you instantly connect with. He was great at explaining all of the features of the car, the FordPass app and warranty info. I was so happy when I saw the car and it was better than I ever imagined. It was immaculate, inside and out. I'm so thankful that Curt was able to help me from so far away. It's comforting to know that although we are far away, Borgman Ford is there to help our daughter with anything she needs regarding this car. She will definitely utilize their service department for all maintenance. They took such great care of us! I would drive 5hrs to buy a car from Curt again and again!
