The customer service for my repair was excellent. I had a 7:00 AM drop off time for a repair that was estimated to take 3 hours. I was provide with a courtesy ride to my former place of employment (I'm retired) in order to kill the time rather than wa estimated to take 3 hours. I was provide with a courtesy ride to my former place of employment (I'm retired) in order to kill the time rather than wait at the dealership. This courtesy ride is a very nice service to offer incidentally. When I called at 1:00 to check the status of the repair, Reggie checked and reported (honestly)back to me that the work had not yet begun because the technician was not aware that the vehicle was available for him to start his work. The work was then completed within 2 hours, so he made sure that the problem did not linger. Reggie handled everything very honestly and professionally and I have no complaint at all with any individual that I dealt with. However, I'd suggest that your procedures should be reviewed to ensure that coordination or communication is improved within the service department. More
