There were no tricks or misleading me during the process. He was extremely upfront about financing and options. I felt he took extra time to show me how to work the technology in the van since our van did not have navigation/Bluetooth ect which meant a lot! The van is in good shape and we’ve had it several days with no issues. I felt he went above and beyond to make the process actually enjoyable when I was clearly not excited right away about the need for a new to us vehicle. I will be returning to this dealership and this salesman in summer For our next replacement vehicle. More
