Wife went in for a oil change and tire rotation. The service advisor Brian pressured her into doing the "recommended" 15000 maintenance. My wife told him no two or three times, but to make a long story service advisor Brian pressured her into doing the "recommended" 15000 maintenance. My wife told him no two or three times, but to make a long story short. She ended up paying an extra $100 to clean the fuel injectors on a car that has 18000 miles. They take advantage of women and people who don't understand cars or what maintenance is required. I called the service manager and he won't return my calls. I will not be doing anymore business with Boucher. More
