"Nissan Rogue SV 2014 purchase"

Nigel is very friendly and very competent at his service to the customer. He quickly found the car I wanted and needed. His walk through, especially the computer parts, was extremely helpful. I bought an 05 Murano last year from him, and this is why I returned and asked specifically for him. I've used the Service Dept over the last six years at this dealership; the staff is excellent and fair. For these reasons I returned and will return again and give my business to this Nissan Dealership. They are truly excellent in in every category checked off above. I am very happy with Nigel's recommendation of the Nissan Rogue. This is the third vehicle I purchased here.

"Quality Vehicles and Excellent Services"

If you would like to get your money’s worth vehicle, you will not be disappointed by going to Boulder Nissan. Especially, look for Calvin Stevens and tell him what you need. I was looking for a car for my daughter, and Calvin and Joe (another gentleman working with him in the same office) helped us going through everything (including anxieties and frustrations :)). Now, my daughter has a car that she is very happy with. Thank you Boulder Nissan!

First time buyer, I was looking for a Nissan Murano, used to have one , but was total due to a car accident. They had a Nissan Murano that twas trade in wasn't near my budget, but they worked with me by giving me a great deal! I had went to other dealership and they were not helpful as this dealership . I live in Denver and my drive was worth it! Found a great luxury car for my budget, they are very honestly dealership, they explain very good with paper works, excellent customer service!

"We had held off having our Xterra's timing belt..."

We had held off having our Xterra's timing belt changed because we had had an unpleasant experience with the dealer we bought our vehicle from. On my daughters advise, we instead went to Boulder Nissan. Not only did this major repair cost $300 less than I expected, but the experience of dealing with Shaun Lewis was above awesome. Not only did we have the timing belt done, but they noticed the serpentine belt and tensioners needed replaced too. We took it back and had that done, again, for a very reasonable price. We got the surprise of our life when we picked it up and not only had the engine been steam cleaned, but they had washed it like I've never seen before. Basically, we picked up what feels to be driving like a brand new Xterra and we love you guys!! Professional, kind and above great at what they do...can't thank them enough for instilling confidence in a dealership we will now be devoted to. High praise for this company!!

We were very satisfied with the car that we purchased as well as the staff of Boulder Nissan (Nigel and Jason). We did not feel pressured at all nor did we feel that uncomfortable. Purchasing an expensive item as an automobile can be a stressful experience -- the staff of Boulder NIssan did not add to that stress. I believe that we got an honest and fair deal; the purchase price of the car as well as the valuation of our trade-in was appropriate. "Such a great relief after visiting closer Dealerships. ..."

Such a great relief after visiting closer Dealerships. No hassle. Prices start lower then others. Great service but not pushy at all. They know their product and want you to be happy. We were in and out in no time and we had our Juke in no time. They detailed it for us before we left. We paid what we wanted. We plan to deal with this Dealership from now on. Go see theses guys!

"I recently bought my 2012 Nissan Sentra at Boulder..."

I recently bought my 2012 Nissan Sentra at Boulder Nissan. I worked with Jason over the phone and David Taylor once I arrived at the dealership. My credit is not great and I did not have a great down payment. Prior to calling Boulder Nissan I went to three other dealerships only to be laughed at and not worked with. I called and spoke to Jason, and he literally spent his entire day back and fourth with me and my boyfriend all day trying to find me a deal and a bank that would finance me. He pulled my credit and info and instead of being rude about my situation he became understanding and worked even harder to get me financed. He did not settle for no. I lived far away from the dealership and they were willing to work with me over the phone for the entire day. I know it was an annoyance but they did not make me feel that way and exceeded my expectations. I was really expecting to call them just to get shot down. When I arrived at the dealership I worked with David. He was so fun and sweet to us. Our test drive was a real test drive. He had me take the car for about 10-15 minutes (different than my visit at the previous three dealerships). Boulder Nissan restored my confidence in car sales people and car dealerships in general. I have already recommended Boulder Nissan to some people I work with and my mom is soon going to be in the market to get a new car and I will not let her go anywhere else but to Boulder Nissan. Thank you David, Jason, and Joey for dealing with my chaos and getting me my amazing new reliable car. I am still so happy!!!!! -Stephanie

"Ted I just wanted to explain to you why when I get the..."

Ted I just wanted to explain to you why when I get the feedback Survey from Nissan your dealership is getting negative marks. I dealt with Jason Bradley when buying my 2013 Nissan Frontier truck and BEFORE buying the truck Jason bent over backwards to answer my questions and helped me in any way to secure the sale. BUT once I signed on the dotted line things changed. He said if I needed anything or had any problems with the truck to call him. Well I went out in my garage one day to find blue colored liguid all over the garage floor by my left front wheel so I immediately called Jason hoping for a solution to my problem which by the way was very disappointing with a brand NEW truck and I hope it is not an indicator of things to come. I might be sorry I bought a NIssan! He said he would take care of it. Later on I received a call from some woman instead of Jason explaining she had talked with service and tried to explain what my problem was but obviously she didn't really understand my problem. I guess Jason was off selling another car or truck. I now had been relegated to low priority from high priority because I had already SIGNED on the dotted line. Jason did not call me back to check if I had solved my problem so obviously he didn't care because I had already BOUGHT the truck. I solved my problem by dealing with Autonation Nissan on 104th and they were quite good about getting my problem solved which turned out to be a defective windshield washer tank which had a leak at the seam. They had to order the tank which requires me to make two visits to the service department to get it fixed. Not a lot of fun after buying a new pickup to avoid problems like this. The point is Jason should have followed through and HELPED me with my problem on my Nissan truck. I am VERY disappointed in your dealership but since Autonation on 104th is closer to me I will be dealing with them if I have any problems with my truck in the future.
