When I contacted the dealership the next day saying I wanted to negotiate again since their price lowered, they informed me that they had sold the car. The salesman knew how interested we were in the car but their dishonesty about their "Rock bottom price" made us lose the deal. More

Due to the car is over 10 model years old, my pre-approval from my bank wouldn't work. I immediately let them know and they offered to try to get the financing through them. I gave them the necessary information and documents the dealership requested and they ran my credit for their lenders. I didn't hear back from them for a day and then I found out they sold the car to another buyer. This was such a bad experience working with this dealership, a dealership without business ethics, integrity and so unprofessional that this will be reported to Better Business Bureau and Attorney General of Delaware.
