I'm disappointed in the integrity of Bowen Scarff leadership. I purchased my truck there and have had it consistently maintained, including a recent and significant investment in new brakes, brake fl leadership. I purchased my truck there and have had it consistently maintained, including a recent and significant investment in new brakes, brake fluid service, spark plug replacement and other preventative services. Upon returning home, I noticed the skid plate was hanging down underneath my truck and discovered that a bolt had been overtightened and tore out the corner of the plate. The dealership acknowledged removing and reinstalling the plate, but would not take responsibility for the damage. I had to return to the dealership and pay for a new skid plate. I will not be doing business with Bowen Scarff in the future and I would advise all my connections to consider my experience before establishing a relationship with this organization in the future. More

Singlehandedly the BEST automotive purchase experience I've had in the State! Chris in sales was amazing! He was very informative, direct and ACTIVE!
