Tony was the best. He made sure I would get another free detail as I had used my first free one too soon after purchasing the car. The whole dealership and staff are excellent. Samantha is my favorite. She is no pressure and so accomodating. And I'm so difficult so that should tell you something. Jason in finance is also a super guy. Put me at ease and the whole experience of leasing the Passat was the best I've ever had (and I lease different brands every 3 years including Jaguar and BMW). This is my 4th VW (jetta, beetle, touareg and now passat)and I won't go anywhere else but Bozzani. Trust me when I say, other dealerships and staff are not like this one. This is family friendly and very helpful in every aspect.

Bought a 2012 Touareg from the dealership May 2012. Have serviced it twice since then - currently 21,000 miles. Buying the car was great - two hours spent in the car figuring it all out with a super helpful salesman. Have had two oil changes since - easy - almost too easy. Everything comes back clean and i'm ready to cruise out within a short time period. Very happy with my experiences so far.

Byron Garriques, my salesman, was so courteous that he offered transportation from my home to Bozzani so that I could shop for a new VW. Once we arrived at the dealership, the courtesy was extended to include assistance as I walked around the lot. Mr. Garriques was gentlemanly, pleasant, and honest. I felt comfortable enough to choose a car on my terms and without obligation. We agreed on terms and I met with Jason Brennecke who set up the financing that I could afford. Jason is very friendly and straightforward about the conditions that surround financing. I was never intimidated so I felt secure enough to negotiate. The bottom line is that the staff at Bozzani VW always put the cards on the table and they will discuss any issue in a gracious way. I really enjoyed my experience at Bozzani when I leased my Jetta. In the Los Angeles area, the there are so many places to go when looking for a new car. Even when you have the make and model picked, your dealer options are endless. A coworker recommended Bozzani VW for my new car purchase, and at first I ruled this place out since it was a little far outside of the city. I am so happy I decided to give them a call! The second I began discussing options and pricing over the phone with the Sales Manager Jason, I knew my experience was going to be relatively painless and pleasant. I shopped around on prices, and even though other dealers were able to beat what I was quoted over the phone by Jason, I was compelled to give them a chance for my business solely based off of his honesty and professionalism. We were able to work out a fair deal over the phone so I made the shlep out to Covina to meet with Jason and his team. The second I stepped onto the lot, I knew I made the right choice. Jason was very well prepared for my arrival with both Tony and Byron taking care of my girlfriend Courtney and I as we were both in the market for cars. The entire process was friendly, professional, and efficient. I worked with Tony who was an incredibly knowledgeable and personal guy who was eager to answer any question I threw at him. After about 2 hours all the paperwork was finished, and Courtney and I were nothing but smiles the entire time. In three years I will be right back at Bozzani to turn my lease in, and lease 2 new cars from them! I recommendly this place very highly, and have already suggested a friend to head out to Covina to meet with Jason and the guys at Buzzoni VW. Customer service personnel went the extra mile to make sure I received the Brand support from the Manufacturer (VW).

I have been going to this dealership for the past decade for my last five Volkswagens. The service department here is second to none. Staff is very courteous and professional and always go the extra mile to make sure customers are taken care of. Jesse Santos is exceptional and always super friendly and helpful in any way possible. I keep buying Volkswagens because I know Jesse and the people at Bozzani will always make sure the vehicles are serviced correctly and that the customers have the best possible experience.
