I just bought a 2012 jettawagon tdi basically over the phone and internet. Rick assured me that he could get the car I wanted , quoted me a price and said he would have the paperwork and car ready to go when I arrived. Eveything was exactly asa he said it would be and the staff were polite and proffesional...

It was great to work with Tony and Rick. They made the process of buying a vehicle easy and quick ! A very nice and friendly Dealership and I would recommend this location to anyone. They really do work with you and follow through on their promises. We were offered refreshments, greeted by all and made to feel at home. The Price of our vehicle was lowered over 1000.00. This was fantastic! Again, very friendly and willing to accommodate to your wants and needs through out the process of purchasing your vehicle. Thank you again.

My Review of Bozzani Volkswagen:
I was in desperate need of a newer car. With driving my '90 Ford Bronco, I faced with countless numbers of issues and visits to the gas station. Fianlly, my truck broke and I decided it was time for change. Even though I visited countless numbers of dealerships in my mission to find a newer car, Bozzani Motors in Covina stuck in my mind as a place I can trust. The day I decided to visit this dealership, the associate, Byron came out and greeted me within a minute of my presence; this made me feel extremely welcomed.
Four days later I bought/ financed a gorgeous '08 Jetta, which is a significant upgrade for me. I continued my buisness with the welcoming associate, Byron. Not only was he willing to help, but he also was very patient, understanding, did not pressure me ( I loved that), and so many more positive words that I can't even think of. He truely made my first time buying expierence memorable, exciting, comfortable, and totally awesome! Jerry, Sales manager, was also very friendly and patient. I appreciated his positive attitude, and I enjoyed that he took time to explain every paper I signed.
Ultimately, I was EXTREMELY pleased in my visit/purchase at this location and am so greatful Byron was the person to help me. I Recommend this dealership to EVERYONE! This is a PERFECT place with friendly people, Ask for Byron! :)

My Review of Bozzani Volkswagen:
This is an excellent dealership. Thanks to the services provided by Mr. Wes (Wesly Uptergrove) I was able to finalize the purchase of my vehicle without feeling pushed or uncomfortable. All terms and conditions were clearly explained and negotiated without any surprises. My 1 ½ old daughter was with me and my wife, playing inside and outside this dealership. The place was clean and child friendly.
Mr. Wes helped us to go through all the terms of this purchase without the usual pressure that I had been experiencing in many other dealerships. Buying a vehicle at this dealership was an excellent and positive experience. All the people I met in this place were courtesies and respectful.
This is an excellent place to shop; especially if you a little baby like mine.

My Review of Bozzani Volkswagen:
I was thrilled when I learned they would give me exactly what I wanted for my trade-in (A lot more than any other dealer in CA.) I got a very fair price on a pre-loved GTI. It was in beautiful condition. Sales process was painless. Everything explained thoroughly. Test drive course was great with curvy country roads and highway. Samantha was very friendly and personable, I felt like I was dealing with an old friend. I made it in and out of the dealership in under 2 hours. Never felt any pressure and would highly recommend Bozzani VW to anyone who wants a great car buying experience. I'll definitely see them again when it's time to upgrade;)

My husband and I have been looking for a vehicle for some time now. We choose Bozzani as the next dealer to visit. We had been disappointed in the past with sales people and dealerships not being very truthful or upfront about prices. The service we received was very friendly. Both Jason and Ivan were professional, friendly and polite. We felt very comfortable with our choice in dealership. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this dealer to our friends.
