Did not appreciate dealer’s refusal to inflate tires to 35 psi because of “policy” limiting inflation to 32 mph. Did not appreciate dealer’s adding in tire rotation to my request for oil/filter change w 35 psi because of “policy” limiting inflation to 32 mph. When we first arrived, they had no record of my appointment. It took awhile before I was attended to. Once Lesly took over, service improved. Sales team and check out with financing was great and the car was delivered in above average cleanliness etc.... but it's been over a month I've called 4 times with not one returned phone call on cancelling car was delivered in above average cleanliness etc.... but it's been over a month I've called 4 times with not one returned phone call on cancelling my gap insurance. I paid a premium for my car and the dealer more then likely made 7 grand plus profit on this one deal and I cannot get a phone call returned pretty ridiculous. More
