Would recommend this dealership. Not alot of the run around like other dealerships. Good follow up making sure everything was ok after my purchase. Charles Dai was very helpful but did not pressure us.

I met Mike through my daughter when she started looking for a new car. Though she did not purchase a car right away Mike continued to stay in touch to see if she was still in the market. I was impressed that Mike did not lose interest when the sale was not quick and accompanied my daughter the day she returned to Braman. Mike is a person of character - which in the world of car sales is rare. I ended up leasing a car the day my daughter leased hers. Mike continues to place follow up calls to make sure I am happy with the car and offer his assistance if needed. The only regret I have is it will be four years before I have a chance to lease another car through Mike!

Filled out Auto Trader form online. This internet sales person was first to respond and fully answered questions. Other dealers were vague. Alfonso Suarez was very friendly and helpful in showing me vehicles. I was a sure thing but we negotiated for a while and came to a fair price for both buyer and seller.

We have been driving Hondas for more than eight years. Our daughters drive Hondas and suggested that we change to this brand from the one we had driven for several years. We have found the salesman, Barry Rosengarten, very helpful and knowledgeable (sp?). We were given his name by our neighbors who have been his customers for several years. This is the first time that I have used the new car sales department at Braman Honda. However, I have used the service department for a long time. Our service advisor is "Mr. Ed" Lederman. The personnel at this dealership are all pleasant to us as customers.
