My Review of Braman Honda of Palm Beach:
I had a great experience at Braman Honda of Palm Beach in purchasing my Used Civic. I had been looking at cars for weeks and finally found one on Bramans web page with around the price,year, mileage, and features I desired. I was able to view the carfax online and get in contact with Mark Gallagher about exact pricing and details of the vehicle. Through text messaging(very convenient!) we were able to agree on a price that fit my budget. I had previously arranged financing and was able to take the car home before the check arrived from the bank! Finalizing paperwork was a breeze and Mark was extremely prompt in getting back to me about all my questions. I would highly reccomend this dealership! Thanks!

My Review of Braman Honda of Palm Beach:
Overall i would say it was a good experience, Frank left us a few times to deal with other customers so that was a little unnerving. The sales manager was very nice but talked a hundered miles an hour so he was kind of hard to understand. My only complaint would be that the car was not detailed before we took it home.

My experience at. Braman Honda was very pleasurable, John was very knowledgeable of the products available and a pleasure to do business with!
He was very patient with my wife and I, a very nice, "non-pushy" salesperson (which I personally like!)
I would recommend Braman Honda and John Paulachak to anyone interested in purchasing a car.
You have a great salesperson with him, should be proud to have him on your team!

My Review of Braman Honda of Palm Beach:
I would definitely recommend Bilal Ead and Braman Honda to my friends and family. The dealership was welcoming and flexible. I was very impressed with Bilal's professionalism, energy, and creativity in closing the sale. I have been to many dealerships where the sales rep simply decides all on their own to give up on the sale, and both parties walk away empty handed. Because I had to come back a second time and changed my selection, I appreciate Bilal's effort in expediting the whole process and not start from step 1 all over again. Again, there is no better place to purchase a new Honda than from Bilal from Braman Honda. Ask for him when you visit, and you won't be disappointed.

My Review of Braman Honda of Palm Beach:
I was in the market for a new vehicle, as I had my previous vehicle for almost 7 years, and it was a 14 year old car. My father and I went over to just browse, and see what I might want. Demetri was extremely helpful, did not try to press anything onto myself or my father that we didn't want. He gave us all of our options, and unknowingly when I arrived there, did I know I'd be leaving the lot with a brand new 2012 honda civic. It is a great car, and I'm very satisfied. This was my first time purchasing a vehicle, and though I don't have much to compare it to, I would imagine my first experience was an excellent one.

My experience with Braman Honda has been EXCELLENT all the personnel involved in my car buying process exceeded their normal attentions with me, to make my experience with Honda an memorable event.

In a nutshell I would rate from 1 to 10, highest being 10 the following personnel:
1) Frances Madera 10
2) Alex Gladunov 10
3) Pedro Roman 10

I recommend that a copy of this personal evaluation be placed in their individual personnel record.
