My Review Of Braman Honda of Palm Beach:
Our salesman, Terry Sims, was a gentleman and very nice to work with; we have no issues with him. The rest of our experience with Braman Honda of Palm Beach was not good, as they did not live up to a number of specifics that they DID agree to in several email correspondences with them.
After we purchased the vehicle and returned home with it, we noticed some differences between the agreed-to specifics listed in emails, and the itemized agreement we signed at the dealership.
We then contacted the General Manager of the dealership, (Mike Rodriguez) several times via email, in an attempt to get an explanation regarding what we were SPECIFICALLY concerned about.
After our initial email request, (and we assume in response to our email request), the dealership left a couple of phone messages, at our home, asking us to return their calls. We decided not to take that route since we did not want to have a debate on the subject; the only thing we were asking for was a brief explanation. In the end, all we got was, (what we consider), a general statement that DID NOT address the things we were specifically asking about.
We are happy with the vehicle we purchased, but not with the dealerships' disregard of the terms of the sale that was clearly stated in their correspondence with us.
We saved all the correspondence with Braman Honda of Palm Beach in case anyone was interested in reviewing it.
