While we would have liked to get a lower lease price, we really like the vehicle we chose. However, we are very disappointed with the "free cruise" which would have to cost us over $350 in taxes and fees f really like the vehicle we chose. This seems like a scam and I'm surprised that the agency even got involved with giving something like this. Our salesman, Lindon Williams, was very helpful and knowledgeable and has checked back with us several times. This is our second car from this agency. More
When we walked into Braman Honda we were approached in a very friendly and service-oriented manner. I loved my car but realized that I would be paying out another three years on my loan, which would carry me to 2014. My car was going on 6 years but was in mint condition with 48,500 and change miles on it. The most important thing to me was having a car with a 6CD changer, and not leather seats. He understood that and did not push a car that did not fit what I was looking for. I have never done a lease before and was not sure that the financial details would be able to be worked out. Mike turned us over to the Financial person Brandon, who was also great, who was able to make that happen! He was also very patient and understanding and had a very positive attitude. The next day I returned and Mike put in new mats for me and answered a few questions that I had about my new Honda Accord EX. He was extremely receptive to me and made me feel that I could call him at any time with a question. He also gave me some helpful hints about the car. We had been to another Honda dealer this past weekend, and had a very different experience. The experience at Braman Honda was totally positve and exceptionally rewarding. Thank you. When we entered the dealership we were greeted by the head of the used sales dept. We were then cordially handed over to Mr. Peter Madera. Immediatly he offered us something to drink. He knew that we only had approx. $11,000 to spend on a car, since my son totalled our car. But from Peter's attitude you would think we were ordering a Mercedes. He treated us with the utmost respect and courtesy. He showed us some models of Civic (our totalled car). Unfortunately they were out of our price range. He then heard of a Honda Fit just brought into he dealership.We looked at it, test drove it,liked it.It had not been cleaned yet:there were scratches on both bumpers & Peter offered to get them fixed for us at no charge,but we would have to wait till the next day. No problem for us. We came the next day, and Peter greeted us as if we were spending $50,000.It was cleaned totally.We see the commercials about Braham Honda on TV all the time,and because of Peter Madera we have a new respect for car salesmen & Braham Honda.Thank you Peter!!! I came to Braman in Greenacres to escape the Sharks in Miami but I ended up in the mouth of JAWS! I purchased a 2007 Dodge Dakota on Sunday the 30th of October, the weather was very bad so I could not rea Miami but I ended up in the mouth of JAWS! I purchased a 2007 Dodge Dakota on Sunday the 30th of October, the weather was very bad so I could not really give the car a good look over. I came to an agreement on the price and I purchased the vehicle against my better judgement, I thought I was dealing with honest folks. While I was waiting for the vehicle I noticed the vehicle parked and running for approximately 5-7 minutes with the salesman inside, didnt think much of it. I had a two hour drive home in the rain in a car I didn't know anything about. In the morning as I'm leaving to work I here chome go off and a sign that says gascap on the dash. Long story short the salesman was probably trying to figureout which he did how to reset that sign. That afternoon on the way home my Check Engine light came on. So I put two and two together and figyred thats why the clock was off because they had disconnected the battery to reset the Check Engine Light. Tomorrow I'm off to my mechanic to spend more money that just done have! I'm really upset over this situation I've tried contacting my Salesman but he's nowhere to be found, I guess I'm S.O.L. More
I found a Dodge Caravan in line list by Braman Honda. I then received a call from Eliot who invite me to come on to see it. When I noted how far it was to drive (I live in Coral Spring) he offered to brin then received a call from Eliot who invite me to come on to see it. I liked it, we agreed on a price and I picked it up the next day. This was the was the easiest car purchase I ever made and it doing just fine. My wife and I were in the market for both a dependable used car and were interested in reducing the monthly cost of her existing 2010 Pilot if possible. Mr. Loiacono was extremely flexible and creative i used car and were interested in reducing the monthly cost of her existing 2010 Pilot if possible. Mr. Loiacono was extremely flexible and creative in assisting us to do both. Our interaction with D. Alvarez was equally accomodating. He worked possible numbers using both used and new for my wife's vehicle and came up with a "deal making" idea for the 2007 Civic I was interested in (extended warranty at a fair price). In the end my wife ended up leasing a new 2012 Pilot and I financed a 2007 Civic. Our goals were met with the pricing and with the type of car and warranty that gave us both a sense of security we needed. A job well done by both Mr. Loiacono and Mr. Alvarez. Certainly one that will bring us back to Braman Honda when the need arises. More
Just walking into the dealership was a pleasure. I was not hounded by a sales person. The showroom is very impressive. My sales person Paulo was a pleasure to deal with.. He was pleasant, friendly, smart answered all my questions and never did he pressure me. It was a real pleasure . After the deal was made, the next day he called to insure that everything was good and if I had any questions. A week later he called again to see if everything was fine. What a refreshing change from a sales person you never hear from once they sell u the car or lease u the car. I certainly will recommend him as much as possible as well as the dealership. I will surely deal with Braman again. More
