Great service! Julio Sanchez is an excellent sales person. He introduced me to the right people so that I could receive the best deal for my new lease. Mr. Farmer was very helpful and directed us to the right people to negotiate a payment plan that was reasonable. I was able to trade in my 2006 civic for a 2011 civic with only $12.00 more towards my paymen people to negotiate a payment plan that was reasonable. If it wasn't for Mr. Farmer's patience and willingness to spend time with me, I probably would have left without purchasing a new vehicle. Also, I was told by Mr. Prakash that I would not have to pay this month toward my old or new car and that my payments would start in July. Apparently, an oversight occurred with the paperwork and an auto-payment was still issued on my bank account for my old car payment. I called Mr. Farmer and he directed me to the department that could help. Unfortunately, I was too late and my re-imbursement check was already sent through the mail. This oversight left my account with an overdraft fee. Mr. Farmer immediately asked if I could fax over my statement showing the fee and he would make sure the fee was refunded. Luckily, I was able to handle that refund on my own, but Mr. Farmer was accessible, helpful, and willing to go the extra mile to help me out. Mr. Farmer was able to ease my mind and assure me that I can always call him if anything else should ever come up. More

This is the worst dealership we ever went to. We bought a civic and the next day we went to cancel the warranties we bought, they refused and said we have to wait for 30 days when the file gets to Honda. We went back after the 30 days and they said they would cancel it and we thought they did they never did. Almost 1 year and then we realized that they never did cancel it. They refused to return calls and keep giving us the run around. I finally conplain to Honda and Honda is trying to help resolve the matter. after 1 year they issue a little credit and they have to cancel 100%. I would never do business with BRAMAN HONDA and would not recommend any one even my enemies to go there. They don;t deserve to make a profit out of you. More
