I have bought several (3) cars from this dealership thusfar and my last experience was the fastest fairest and I received the attention that I wanted from my sales person and used car manager. I was also given attention to my needs after I closed the deal and took my car away.. It was not always thus.. The first car I bought was a 03 civic si from the showroom.. We negotiated a price after a lenghty standoff that took most of the day.. After I received the vehicle cleaned and ready to go and handed the keys, I noticed that the floor mates were missing the sales associated told me the manager removed them because the deal was so close he could not put include them.. I thought this was not what I negotiated since the car I bought had everything I paid for and there was no additional things that were included that were optional..Needless to say I was not a happy camper.. I thought it was petty and a sham but I do not blame the dealership but I know it was either the sales person or the sales manager..My second experience was not as lengthy and a lot more positive..The sale and negotiation took longer than necessary but I overlooked the inconvenience since I had gotten used to the excellent service representative Kathy who always handled my concerns without any problems..I am now on my third car with this dealership and Hope it is going to continue to improve.. So far this I have received the attention I need to maintain my vehicle.. Just a little anecdote: When I went home I realized I had not taken my secrete house car spare out of the wheelwell magnetic little holder that I had placed for emergencies..My attentive sales rep told me he would try to find it and mail it to me or let me know if he had it..By this time my honda civic was sold but the new owner was coming back so that I could get the spare key I found at home.. The experience of leasing the new Honda Civic was excellant because there was no haggling involved in the price. The offer was very fair and did not require negotiating. Like most wives we do not particularly enjoy "negotiating" to buy a new car. However after I received a letter form Honda signed by William Farmer I was the one who urged my husband to go and talk to him. Our lease was up in a few months and it sounded interesting. Initially, when our lease was up I was planning to look at the new Lincoln's as we had one before. However, after talking with Mr. Farmer my husband and I felt we should stay with the Honda Pilot as I had been very happy driving it for the past couple of years. This was the first time I purchased a new vehicle using the American Express car-buying service. When I logged into their program, (4) local dealership names and addresses appeared that participated. Rick Greenlee responded to my inquiry and we shared a few e-mails, back and forth concerning price confirmation, what the Amex price included and did not include, color, model, etc. I set up an appointment with him and visited the dealership. Rick is an awesome member of the Braman Sales Team. It was a pleasure working with him. I received everything that was quoted and promised to me, and more! I wasn't happy with the vehicle that I was initially interested in due to color changes in the new model year. Rick advised he would be able to get me whatever I wanted, in or out of stock. I ended up getting a vehicle that was in stock. We completed the paperwork and I worked with Alfonso Murcia, as well. Again, Alfonso was a perfect gentleman. He knew exactly what I wanted and didn't want. Both Rick and Alfonso completed the sales transaction without any hassles or pressure. It was an excellent experience. I got the car I wanted at the finance percentage I wanted without any un-necessary haggling and pressure. I highly recommend this dealership and working with Rick and Alfonso. More
