New transmission Steve Shaw made us feel at home as soon as we walked in to the service department. From there on it only got better(as he made us feel like we were part of his family) He kept us informed as to everything that was happening and what the cost would be at the same time. After the diagnostics were done he sat us down and explained what he had found and as the car was older(1998 HONDA CRV) it would take a few days to get the parts that were needed. He said he would call us as soon as the parts came in. He called the same day the parts came in. We know our experience was so much better because we had Steve Shaw as our service advisor. We will definitely ask for him again the next time we need service. More
