The purpose of the visit was to have maintenance completed only. Once the price started adding up I decided to look at the new pilots. Antonio assisted me the purchase of my new vehicle. He took the time to show me the new pilot and to explain the features. He addressed my concerns and explained the purchase process. He made me feel comfortable and he was listening to me. Once all purchase process was completed he took the time assist me in setting up my phone and explaining other features. I would recommend Tim and Antonio to my family and friends. More

Won't shop anywhere else I don't even know where to start. Absolutely everything & everyone was phenomenal....hands down the best & least stressful car buying experience I hav I don't even know where to start. If I have to buy something, I like to spend money in my community. Honestly, there are some companies I will never use because their commercials are basically irritating. Brandon Honda is classy....no yelling, no crazy antics, just sincere talk from the heart. That was one of the reasons I chose to go there. The second & probably most important reason is because I already personally knew Salvador Manalili. I knew he would be straight with me & as a single female, that's important. I often go in places & come out feeling like everything was being "dumbed down" or I was being taken advantage of because I am female. There is none of that at Brandon Honda. Everyone, even people I didn't talk to, meet or shake hands with, smiled & said hello when they passed by. I have been in customer service jobs all my life & it is something that is lived & breathed at Brandon Honda. More

Amazing service! My fiancé had came to this shop with his friend on a tight budget. He found a car that was in his price range but wasn't crazy about it. So I came with him the next day expecting to see a salesman that had already worked with my fiancé but he already out for the day so we decided to ask Josh Noland for his assistance (hoping he wasn't a skeptical salesman like most of them) he actually had a conversation with us about other things other than just trying to sell us a car. I felt at peace when I didn't feel pressured. He was really sweet and kind. So I knew we should give him a chance. He took us around and looked at the car that my fiancé saw the other day and we actually test drove it and fell in love with it. There wasn't a set price for it because it was just brought in a few days ago so we had to wait for Josh to speak with his manager named Randy. We thought that it wasn't going to be in our budget like that one person said. And it turned out it was higher than our budget. We were disappointed and Josh could see it so instead of just brushing us off because we were just a waste of his time, he actually made an effort to make it work by speaking with Randy. Randy actually came out to us and listened to our situation. He actually said he would see what he could do about it then came back later with an adjustment. We were thrilled! We weren't just thrilled because of the price, we were thrilled because they actually showed that they care :) I was absolutely pleased with the guys. We also worked with Chris Shotwell who is a financial service manager, but I couldn't find him in the directory. I'm definitely coming back to purchase a car when it's time. You people won't be disappointed with them! My fiancé and I are already recommending this place to our friends.Buying a car is very stressful, but they made it less stressful for us!
