The Best Experience Ever From his initial greeting as we entered the dealership until the time we drove off the lot in our new CRV, Mr. Metin Cihaner facilitated the best auto From his initial greeting as we entered the dealership until the time we drove off the lot in our new CRV, Mr. Metin Cihaner facilitated the best automobile purchase experience we have ever had. My mother and I had planned to kick tires on several different models. Mr. Cihaner happily accommodated us with a test drive of two different models. As we exited the second car - thinking we had "found the one" we literally stumbled across a third model in the parking lot that we hadn't even considered, and in the colors we liked. We drove it and loved it! He placed absolutely no pressure on us throughout the afternoon and we enjoyed talking with him. He was especially nice to my mother which I appreciated and made her feel like an important and special part of the buying experience. Every detail was handled by Mr. Cihaner and when necessary he seamlessly and professionally drew in additional resources when required. We must have met with 4 key people, all of them just as friendly and enthusiastic as they could possibly be. In the end the price was almost secondary. This is the third vehicle purchased or leased from this dealership. It's no surprise that it has earned numerous awards in customer satisfaction. We love our new car and look forward to working with Mr. Cihaner again. His sincerity, respect, and courtesy to us was "old school". I stopped by the dealership a couple of weeks ago to get some information on my end of lease term. I met with Priscilla and let me tell you how amazing she is...I was concerned that I would not be approved to lease another Honda without a co-signer Priscilla assured me that I was in good hands and she did not disappoint me. She " hustled" around back and forth between me and the finance folks behind the smoked glass. She delivered on everything she said. Priscilla worked out all of the contract details in record time. I was out of the dealership in a little over 2 hours!!! That's impressive. I drove off driving a brand new 2014 Civic. She even fed my family courtesy of her from the little chic cafe at the dealership. Priceless. She is an amazing sales person and I highly recommend her to anyone looking to lease or finance a car. She went above and beyond. I would not consider going anywhere else. Brandon Honda employees really provide the best costumer service.
