The dealership is very nice, and professionally run, however make sure you get everything you requested before you leave the dealership, because once you leave, your on your own for assistance from this dealership, unfortunately. After my purchase, it was noted that the truck had no headrests on either of the front seats, which can be quite uncomfortable, possibly dangerous, but through texts, conversations, and phone calls with Ron Wright, and Dan Jordy, I was assured this would be resolved by the end of the 1st weekend, so foolishly I signed and drove away in my truck, believing these 2 managers wiould resolve this situation. Since then I have had several more texts, emails to Ron Wright, which now go completely unanswered. I even sent a message to the ask the owner icon online, all to no avail, I finally went into the dealership on Fri 5/23, and asked who I speak to, or email about a complaint. No one even asked what the problem was, the receptionist just gave me a card. They gave me a QA manager's card named Grant Hocking, and I was assured that Brandon Honda takes this very seriously, as of today 5/26, no one has taken this seriously. I am very disappointed, first because this is a great dealership, but they just don't seem to care about their customers after the deal is closed, which is a shame, because this could easily be the best dealership in the Bay area, but sadly it is not currently. More

Extraordinary costumer service!!!!!! This is my 4th Honda lease and my second from Brandon Honda. I stopped by the dealership a couple of weeks ago to get some information on my end of l This is my 4th Honda lease and my second from Brandon Honda. I stopped by the dealership a couple of weeks ago to get some information on my end of lease term. I met with Priscilla and let me tell you how amazing she is...I was concerned that I would not be approved to lease another Honda without a co-signer Priscilla assured me that I was in good hands and she did not disappoint me. She " hustled" around back and forth between me and the finance folks behind the smoked glass. She delivered on everything she said. Priscilla worked out all of the contract details in record time. I was out of the dealership in a little over 2 hours!!! That's impressive. I drove off driving a brand new 2014 Civic. She even fed my family courtesy of her from the little chic cafe at the dealership. Priceless. She is an amazing sales person and I highly recommend her to anyone looking to lease or finance a car. She went above and beyond. I would not consider going anywhere else. Brandon Honda employees really provide the best costumer service. Every employee at Brandon Honda who came in contact with me and my family greeted us with a smile! More

After speaking with Priscilla and getting an honest and concise analysis, we decided to lease again. Priscilla was very professional and we felt that she was working for us and made sure we received the best deal available. She made us feel like we were valuable clients and worked hard for our business. She exhibited exceptional customer service skills and exceeded our expectations. Very helpful I visited Brandon Honda for a warranty work on my 2012 Honda CRV and after explain my car's problem to Mr. Bob Hovorka he needed clarification with hi I visited Brandon Honda for a warranty work on my 2012 Honda CRV and after explain my car's problem to Mr. Bob Hovorka he needed clarification with his supervisor Mr. Erik Vogel, after which they ordered the parts needed and performed the warranty repairs the next day. I really appreciate both Bob and Erik for their caring treatment I received at this dealership. I have used services of three other Honda dealers in Tampa bay area in the past and none comes close to friendliness and quality of Brandon Honda. You can be sure that when my family is ready to get another new car, Brandon Honda will be the first place we will consider. In addition Mr. Gary Jarrell approached me with offer of trading my CRV with a brand new one! I was tempted, but my CRV is in great shap and paid for, so may be next year. Thanks again for best treatment I got from your business. Great people to deal with. More
