Branhaven Jeep Chrysler Dodge Ram - Service Center

Brought my leased vehicle back at least 5 times for shuddering and vibration. Not resolved and couldn't be bothered to help. Service manager told me they couldn't find anything wrong with the car and shuddering and vibration. Not resolved and couldn't be bothered to help. Service manager told me they couldn't find anything wrong with the car and it was Chrysler's technology... ugg Left on my own to figure out what to do next I had to have tires replaced by Goodyear and Goodyear figured out the problem and it was the front wheel bearing! 5 mos of stress and onto another dealer who cared and now has my service business. Treated like crap by the owner John Lavalle and not listened to by the service dept who can not think on their own feet! If you like to fight with people and like controversy this is the dealer for you! The sales team is exceptional however they do not run the service dept. More

Had a problem with my 2010 Dodge Dakota I called Lisa P and was told to bring the vehicle in so it could be checked. Lisa then told Dolly about my problem the vehicle was taken right into service and a sho and was told to bring the vehicle in so it could be checked. Lisa then told Dolly about my problem the vehicle was taken right into service and a short time later Dolly advised me the problem was found and was corrected.I have to say that I am very pleased with the service I recieved at Branhaven and how friendly everyone is and how at home they make you fell again I would like to say Thank You again to Lisa P,Dolly and the tech who did the work on my truck Thank You Tony Zerella More

They Committed INSURANCE FRAUD!!! Please check BBB and DMV beofre going to this dealer!!! They took $6,000 for repairs they did not complete! They refuse to answer my phone calls! I have a 2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee. The service department is below average. I have had numerous problems with their service department which include vehicle not ready when promised, various oil l department is below average. I have had numerous problems with their service department which include vehicle not ready when promised, various oil leaks that spring up the day after leaving the service department. They overfilled the oil after an oil change and also replaced the differential oil with the transmission oil. Which in turn ruined the four wheel drive system. All in all the sales dept. is good but the service leaves something to be desired. I have since started using a private mechanic. More
