Had a problem with my 2010 Dodge Dakota I called Lisa P and was told to bring the vehicle in so it could be checked. Lisa then told Dolly about my problem the vehicle was taken right into service and a sho and was told to bring the vehicle in so it could be checked. They Committed INSURANCE FRAUD!!! Please check BBB and DMV beofre going to this dealer!!! They took $6,000 for repairs they did not complete! They refuse to answer my phone calls! I have a 2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee. The service department is below average. I have had numerous problems with their service department which include vehicle not ready when promised, various oil l department is below average. I have had numerous problems with their service department which include vehicle not ready when promised, various oil leaks that spring up the day after leaving the service department. They overfilled the oil after an oil change and also replaced the differential oil with the transmission oil. Which in turn ruined the four wheel drive system. All in all the sales dept. is good but the service leaves something to be desired. I have since started using a private mechanic. More
