We were traveling through and had AMAZING HELP from Bravo Honda service! They put my car up on the lift and reattached the shield that came loose. On a Saturday with no wait. And no charge. Stay away from this business. These people are lairs, from salesman Jason Castro to managers. Before I drove off from dealership with the car I purchased from them I pointed to a These people are lairs, from salesman Jason Castro to managers. Before I drove off from dealership with the car I purchased from them I pointed to a functional defect that was not disclosed to me. I was about to drop the deal but the sales guy signed a paper that the issue would be fixed. It has been 5 months of calling, texting and emailing, with managers involved. The sales guy was pretending he was doing something and fooling me around for few months, then stopped responding and managers promised to call back and never did. Their manager Gabe requested me to send him the estimate to get that fixed and promised to follow through. But nothing was happening. Every time I called the dealership a nice secretary would tell me the person I was asking for was in the meeting and will call me back. Never received a single one of those calls. Hope this sharing of my experience will help others to look for a more trustworthy dealer. More
