My Review of Bredemann Lexus:
I went there after the sales person repeatedly called me that they will beat lowest offer I had from other dealer for 08 ES350, if I come to their dealership. When I went there he tried to sell me 2007 model which I had told him that I don't want. When he was not successful he asked me to meet his GM. When I met his GM, his behaviour was very unprofessional,rude and unethical. I did not expect a sleazy dealer style from a Lexus dealer. I had a horrible experience. I own three lexus's. I will never give my business to this dealer.

My Review of Bredemann Lexus:
I bought my IS 300 from this dealer about a year ago. I payed a great price for it. It wasn't until this week when I felt very negative about this dealer. There was a problem in my door, Which I thought, would take less than an hour to fix. Turns out that they ordered the wrong part and I waited for more than 2 hours for nothing. Another thing I find out is that when I walk into my car, I see a scratch on my power window panel. Something like this happened before where they had to fix my XM radio and after they were done with it, I had couple scratches on my stereo compartment.

My Review of Bredemann Lexus:
Completely lacking any customer service skills. Should not be in charge of his own car wash. These guys care more about covering their own asses and those of their service advisors then they do about doing the right thing or making a customer feel happy. Have gotten better service from a Ford dealer. Will not buy another Lexus because of the very bad service!

I stood on the used car lot for twenty minutes, by myself. at 3:30PM. on a Tuesday, checking out RX300's. There were two salesman standing over by the showroom smoking cigarettes but no one came over to talk to me. The next morning I called Bredemann Lexus at 9:45 AM and asked for the used car department. The woman who ansewerd the phoned transferred my call to the used car department. but no one ansewered. I figured it was an omem.

Salesman had the unmitigated ignorance to claim they had just sold their &quot;test driver car&quot; and that they wouldn't be able to give me a test drive. I asked him if he had run out of cars altogether....<br>Paid cash at the Schaumberg Lexus dealership for an ES330, got a great deal and had a much better experience.

continuallly a great service experience(not that our lexus's require a lot of service). they go out of their way to show that they want our business. looking forward to the opening of their totally new service facility andthe return of the saturday &quot;breakfast with lexus&quot; and the new full service carwash.
