I don’t know why they bother scheduling appointments to do oil changes and then take over 2 hours to get it done. I have been doing my oil changes at this dealership for a few years and they always make yo do oil changes and then take over 2 hours to get it done. I have been doing my oil changes at this dealership for a few years and they always make you wait hours even when you have a scheduled time. I think the person in charge of scheduling at the dealership should be fired for incompetence. The next time I have to wait hours I will send a bill for my time wasted. More

I've brought my Toyota Camry to this service twice now and the service was done correctly and quickly. They even had a coupon for me to save money. Richard Vasquez was the man who took care of my car and and the service was done correctly and quickly. They even had a coupon for me to save money. Worst Toyota service in the area, avoid at all costs. No help from general managers, had to call back multiple times because they will not call back. Find another dealer, any issues they cause will be at your cost. I am a loyal Toyota customer. Worst experience from Toyota ever! More

We have always brought our 3 vehicles to Bredemann since they moved to the location on Dempster. I’ve been very pleased with Richard in the Service Department. Service advisor Andy Maravola was more interesting socializing with cashiers (I interrupted 3 times) than listening to the customer issues, vehicle driving in dust conditions and according to the toyo socializing with cashiers (I interrupted 3 times) than listening to the customer issues, vehicle driving in dust conditions and according to the toyota manual the oil need to be changed, but because is free he said is 10000 miles, but after the 2 free years of manintence is finish, they want to change the oil every 5000 miles because you have to pay the dealer, Supervisor Mike Cooper not too friendly and rude hang up the phone conversation, I guess will take my business somewhere else More
