My Review of Brenner Chrysler Jeep:
Customer service is outstanding and Craig Keeler is a master at it. I have purchased from Craig and this dealership before and came back because of the attention, time and effort they provide in making the buying experience a positive one. They work with you and not against you. There is no pressure. They give you independence to test drive and become familiar with cars you are interested in. Their follow-up is outstanding and everything is done as promised. The salespeople seem to support each other and will help you out if your salesperson is not there or busy, so you don't waste your time. You really feel that this dealership and Craig want you to be happy with your car and the whole experience. A rare level of customer service these days.

My Review of Brenner Chrysler Jeep:
Both Jim Riss and Darrell Smiley in sales was very informative and coureous when i purchased our new chrysler town and country.
Jim spent well over an hour explaining all the electronics and operation of the car to me.He programed everything the way i wanted,in doing so there was one device he couldn't program.This was after 7:00 pm on a Friday evening.Jim took it back to the shop,the technician made the repair(loose plug from the factory).I hit the road for home,well pleased.
While all the above are important to me for a GOOD DEALER, CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP,THE GREAT DEAL DARRELL GAVE ME ON MY TRADE IN AND FINDING THE CAR I WANTED TOPPED IT ALL!!!!!!!!!!!
I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANY ONE!!!!!

Craig was very receptive to our needs and was able to show us a vehicle that met all of them perfectly. He was extremely knowledgeable about the Jeep product line, and he was able to answer all questions that we had. He also took the time to detail the vehicle with us after we purchased it to make sure that we were able to operate all of its features. Overall, a fantastic experience!

My Review of Brenner Chrysler Jeep:
Out joy riding last saturday and the wife and I decited to check out the new jeep wranglers. As luck has it and about 3 hours later we are riding around in the new Arctic Edition Jeep Wrangler! I would have to say the experience we had while at Brenner was overall a great one. My wife and I will be looking forward to dealing with Brenner's group of employees soon.

My Review of Brenner Chrysler Jeep:
Brenner Chrysler Jeep had a better selection of vehicles on hand to choose from compared to two other dealers. I was considering the Jeep Compass/Liberty and the Chrysler 200. Utlimately I decided to stay with ride of a sedan and went with the 200. Ryan Clay was my salesperson and was a pleasure to work with. We has great product knowledge, was easy to work with through the purchase process, and communicated very effectively the programs that Chrysler had to offer.

I look forward to continue to work with the Brenner for my service needs.

My Review of Brenner Chrysler Jeep:
My husband took me to get a new car on Feb.29th We started at Brenner's I must admit it was the best treatment I think I have ever gotten from a dealership. I was not pushed into a deal. I have a 96 Jeep with 152,000 miles that I just love and now I have a 2012 I hope will give me the same service that my 96 has. In fact I kept the 96. Why get rid of a good thing?

When I look for another car I will go to Brenner's first but you may need to wait for another 152,000.
