Second Audi purchase We purchased a Q5 when they were first introduced. When it came time for a new car an Audi was our first choice. While The Q5 was in for service I dec We purchased a Q5 when they were first introduced. When it came time for a new car an Audi was our first choice. While The Q5 was in for service I decided to look at the new ones. That's when the salesperson, Carly Boos, appeared. Next thing I knew I was doing a test drive. She answered every question I asked in a professional manner. We looked at several Q5s even one in the warehouse! I was impressed. Back at the dealership she asked if I wanted my car evaluated so I could see what its trade-in value would be. I left with a good idea what a new Q5 would cost. Initially my wife wasn't interested but said she'd look at the next day. The next day we drove to the dealership and met with Carly. After looking at the Q5 she saw the Q3 and thought it was "cute". After testing several Q5s and Q3s my wife really liked the Q3 better. Back inside we went for updated figures. We left with the intention to make a decision. We did and I went back Monday morning to seal the deal. I must say ALL the folks I worked with were not only nice but really competent. This made for a really pleasant buying experience. More
